增强高职院校学生思想政治教育有效性的对策研究

【摘要】：自改革开放30多年以来，我国的高等教育培养模式由精英化教育转变到了大众化教育。高等教育的大众化促使了高等职业技术教育的快速发展，，高职教育从最初的刚刚开始办学，到之后的办学实力不断增强，再到后来高职教育发展成为高等教育的非常重要一部分。但在发展的同时我们也需要看清我们的环境，改革开放带来了高职教育的春天，也使得我国高等教育中的学生成长环境变得更加复杂，我们不断地从西方学习先进的科学技术、信息技术和管理经验，这能够很好的帮助高职学生增长知识、提高素质、开拓视野；但是，我们也不得不接受西方的思想文化、价值观念、生活方式对我们思想的渗入，我国改革开放之后，走向世界，对我们高等职业教育而言是机遇与风险同在。各种外来生活方式以及思想价值的侵入，使得高职学生的思想出现了诸如社会责任感缺乏、生活无目标等各种各样的问题。因此，高职院校的学生思想政治教育有效性问题是一个有待深入研究的领域。本文对高职院校学生思想政治教育有效性给出了一个类似定义的阐释，对高职院校学生思想政治教育有效性增强进行相关研究。本文旨在加强对高职院校学生思想政治教育有效性的内涵和科学依据做出正确把握，特别是加强对这类院校学生思想政治教育有效性内涵的提升和凝练，从而对思想政治教育基本理论的丰富与完善做进一步探讨。本文以分析高职院校学生思想政治教育失效状况为基础，从高职院校学生思想政治教育总目标的明确、教育内容的科学设计、教育队伍的建设、教育环境的优化等方面作出了具体的分析，针对性地提出了增强高职院校学生思想政治教育有效性的对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the training mode of higher education in China has changed from elite education to popular education, and the popularization of higher education has promoted the rapid development of higher vocational and technical education. Higher vocational education from the beginning of the school, to the strength of the school has been strengthened. Later, higher vocational education developed into a very important part of higher education. But at the same time, we also need to see our environment, reform and opening up has brought the spring of higher vocational education. It also makes the growth environment of students in higher education more complex. We constantly learn advanced science and technology, information technology and management experience from the West, which can help vocational students to increase their knowledge. Improve the quality, broaden the field of vision; However, we also have to accept the Western ideology and culture, values, lifestyle into our thinking, our country after the reform and opening up, to the world. For our higher vocational education, opportunities and risks are with each other. The invasion of various foreign ways of life and ideological value makes the thinking of higher vocational students appear such as the lack of social responsibility. Therefore, the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is an area to be deeply studied. This paper gives a similar definition of the effectiveness of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the connotation and scientific basis of the effectiveness of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. In particular, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in such colleges and universities to enhance the connotation and condensed. Thus, the enrichment and perfection of the basic theory of ideological and political education is further discussed. This article is based on the analysis of the failure of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper makes a concrete analysis from the following aspects: the definition of the general goal of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges, the scientific design of educational content, the construction of educational team and the optimization of educational environment. The countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
