民办高职院校教师在职培训的现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】：近年来，科技发展和产业结构的变化使具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力的高级技术应用型人才成为用人市场的宠儿，促进了高等职业教育的发展。同时，国家陆续出台了一系列鼓励民办教育的政策，使得民办高职学院的数量和规模迅速扩张，带来的是大量的人员涌入民办高职教师队伍，但由于各种原因使得民办高职院校教师整体素质偏低，“双师型”教师数量严重不足。要实现高职教育的人才培养目标，确保高职教育的质量，就必须加强对民办高职院校教师的在职培训以提高其知识技能水平和教育教学能力。但是目前各个民办高职院校几乎无一例外的都没有关注的教师的在职培训问题，更没有制定相应的政策和鼓励措施。对民办高职院校教师在职培训的现状和问题加以关注，并提出一些实际可行的建议，对提升民办高职教育的质量、使高职教育更好的服务社会经济发展都有着重要意义。本文依据举办高职教育的年限不同，选取大连市的三所民办学校作为研究对象，对民办高职教师在职培训状况进行调查，对现状进行剖析，找出存在的问题、分析成因，并结合实际提出了改进民办高职教师在职培训的对策和建议。论文主要由四部分组成：一、问题的提出。从介绍当前我国民办高职院校发展的背景出发，阐述高职院校加强教师在职培训的意义，概括指出当前民办高职院校教师在职培训面临的问题。然后是文献综述，对国内外有关高职教师在职培训的研究予以梳理和阐述。在此基础上，，找出本研究的切入点和要解决的主要问题，确定研究的目的和研究的理论及实践意义。二、介绍了本文的研究过程及主要方法。三、对主要概念进行界定，确定了研究的理论依据。四、对通过问卷调查、口头访谈等获得的大连地区三所民办高职院校教师在职培训的信息予以统计、分析，呈现出大连市民办高职院校教师在职培训现状的调查结果，找出民办高职院校教师在职培训存在的问题及原因。五、针对民办高职院校教师在职培训存在的问题，结合现实提出了改进民办高职院校教师在职培训的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the change of industrial structure, advanced applied talents with certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability have become the favorite of the employment market, which has promoted the development of higher vocational education. The government has introduced a series of policies to encourage private education, which makes the number and scale of private higher vocational colleges expand rapidly, which brings a large number of personnel into the ranks of private higher vocational teachers. However, due to various reasons, the overall quality of teachers in private higher vocational colleges is on the low side, and the number of "double-qualified" teachers is seriously insufficient. It is necessary to achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational education and ensure the quality of higher vocational education. It is necessary to strengthen the on-the-job training of teachers in private vocational colleges in order to improve their level of knowledge, skills and teaching ability. However, at present, there is almost no exception in all the private vocational colleges and universities concerned about the in-service training of teachers. Question. There is no corresponding policy and incentive measures. Pay attention to the current situation and problems of in-service training of teachers in private vocational colleges and put forward some practical and feasible suggestions to improve the quality of private higher vocational education. It is of great significance to make higher vocational education serve the social and economic development better. According to the different years of running higher vocational education, this paper selects three private schools in Dalian as the research object, investigates the in-service training situation of teachers in private higher vocational education, analyzes the present situation and finds out the existing problems. This paper analyzes the cause of formation, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the in-service training of private higher vocational teachers in combination with the actual situation. The thesis is mainly composed of four parts: First, put forward the problem. From the introduction of the background of the development of private vocational colleges in China, this paper expounds the significance of strengthening the in-service training of teachers in higher vocational colleges. This paper points out the problems faced by teachers' in-service training in private vocational colleges and universities. Then it summarizes the literature, combs and expounds the research on in-service training of teachers at home and abroad. On this basis. To find out the breakthrough point and the main problems to be solved, to determine the purpose of the study and the theoretical and practical significance of the study. Second, this paper introduces the research process and main methods. Third, define the main concepts and determine the theoretical basis of the study. Fourth, through the questionnaire survey, oral interviews and other obtained in Dalian three private vocational colleges teachers' in-service training information to statistics, analysis. The present situation of teachers' in-service training in private vocational colleges in Dalian is investigated, and the problems and causes of in-service training of teachers in private vocational colleges are found out. Fifthly, aiming at the problems existing in the in-service training of teachers in private vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the in-service training of teachers in private vocational colleges.
