广西卫生职业技术学院信息化项目风险管理研究

【摘要】：校园信息化的发展水平是衡量一个国家高校综合水平的重要标志,经过多年的建设和摸索,我国高校信息化建设在基础设施、数字信息资源、校园管理模式、教学科研等方面有了长足的发展。虽然现代信息技术的迅猛发展为高校信息化的发展提供了巨大的支持,但是随着高校信息化建设的人力、物力的投入不断增大,决策管理中出现的偏差和失误,以及技术带来的不稳定性等,都将给高校信息化建设带来风险问题,风险问题贯穿高校信息化建设的始终,影响着高校信息化建设的成效和顺利实施。 本文以广西卫生职业技术学院信息化项目现状分析为基础,在了解广西卫生职业技术学院信息化项目的现状和主要内容及特点后,找出信息化项目目前所存在的问题,运用项目风险管理理论与方法,对广西卫生职业技术学院信息化项目进行风险识别与风险评估,找出信息化项目的风险类型及各风险重要程度,并针对广西卫生职业技术学院信息化项目的多种风险类型,提出相应的风险应对措施,旨在为学校信息化项目建设提供进一步的指导,并为其它高校信息化项目的建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:The development level of campus informatization is an important symbol to measure the comprehensive level of a country's colleges and universities. After many years of construction and exploration, our country's university information construction in infrastructure, digital information resources, campus management model. Although the rapid development of modern information technology has provided great support for the development of information technology in colleges and universities, but with the human resources of information construction in colleges and universities. The increasing investment of material resources, the deviation and error in decision-making management, and the instability brought by technology will bring risks to the information construction of colleges and universities. The risk problem runs through the information construction of colleges and universities all the time, which affects the effect and smooth implementation of the information construction in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the information project of Guangxi Medical Vocational and Technical College, this paper has understood the present situation, main contents and characteristics of the information project of Guangxi Medical Vocational and Technical College. To find out the problems existing in the informatization project and to use the project risk management theory and method to identify and evaluate the risk of the informatization project of Guangxi Medical Vocational and Technical College. To find out the risk types of information projects and the importance of each risk, and in view of the various risk types of information projects in Guangxi Medical Vocational and Technical College, put forward the corresponding risk countermeasures. The purpose of this paper is to provide further guidance for the construction of the school informatization project and to provide reference for the construction of other university informatization projects.
