我国民办高职院校办学特色研究

【摘要】：民办高职院校是我国高等教育不可分割的重要组成部分，是适应我国高等教育大众化的产物，，在我国高等教育系统中占据着独特地位，并呈现出了良好的发展前景。在当前高等教育扩招和鼓励民办教育发展的形式下，民办高职院校的发展面临新的重要拐点。加强我国民办高职院校办学特色建设不仅成为我国民办高职院校的生存战略，更重要的是已经成为我国民办高职院校的发展战略。我国民办高职院校由于办学时间短，在办学实践中不可避免的存在一些问题，其中办学特色问题关系到我国民办职业院校的生存和发展。为提升整体办学实力，优化教育教学质量，民办高职院校必须站在发展战略高度，才能采取有效措施强化办学特色。本文主要以我国民办高职院校为研究对象，以办学特色为研究问题；采用文献研究法、案例分析法、比较研究法和访谈法；借助研读的相关文献和办学特色资料，理论研究与数据资料相结合，从组织制度、师资聘任、专业设置、育人模式和校园文化五个方面对比分析了我国民办高职院校的办学特色，并指出我国民办高职院校在具体办学实践中存在的问题，在此基础上，论述了培育我国民办高职院校办学特色的策略，旨在促进我国民办高职院校办学特色的发展。
[Abstract]:Private higher vocational colleges are an important and indivisible part of higher education in our country. They are the product of the popularization of higher education in our country and occupy a unique position in the higher education system of our country. In the current form of higher education enrollment expansion and encouraging the development of private education, the development of private higher vocational colleges is facing a new important inflection point. It is not only the survival strategy of the private higher vocational colleges in China to strengthen the construction of the characteristics of the private vocational colleges. More importantly, it has become the development strategy of private vocational colleges in China. Due to the short running time, there are some inevitable problems in the practice of running higher vocational colleges. In order to improve the overall strength of running schools and optimize the quality of education and teaching, private vocational colleges must stand at the height of development strategy. Only then can we take effective measures to strengthen the characteristics of running a school. This article mainly takes our country private higher vocational colleges as the research object, takes the school running characteristic as the research question; Literature research method, case analysis method, comparative research method and interview method; With the help of relevant literature and school characteristics, theoretical research and data combination, from the organizational system, teacher appointment, professional settings. This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of private higher vocational colleges in China from five aspects of education mode and campus culture, and points out the problems existing in the practice of running private vocational colleges in our country, and on this basis. This paper discusses the strategies of cultivating the characteristics of running schools of private vocational colleges in China, aiming at promoting the development of the characteristics of running schools of private vocational colleges in China.
