产学合作:从模式研究到国家制度建立的探索

【摘要】：职业教育产学合作,过去主要研究的是其合作模式和合作方法,这些模式主要停留在经验层面的探索。随着产学合作向持久和深度融合方向发展,迫切需要国家层面法律制度的建立,从法律上保障产学合作各方的职责、义务和规范各自的行为。通过对我国职业教育产学合作发展模式的回顾,借鉴发达国产学合作的历程和经验,我国应构建由国家、地方及产学指导机构构成的多级产学合作管理制度,并通过建立中介机构和遴选"产学合作"评价指标来监督和保证产学合作的有效实施。
[Abstract]:In the past, the cooperation mode and method of vocational education were mainly studied. These models mainly stay in the exploration of experience. With the development of the cooperation between industry and school, it develops towards the direction of lasting and deep integration. There is an urgent need for the establishment of a legal system at the national level to guarantee the responsibilities, obligations and norms of the parties involved in the industrial and academic cooperation in terms of law. Through the review of the development model of industrial and academic cooperation in vocational education in China. Drawing lessons from the history and experience of the developed countries, we should construct a multi-level management system of the cooperation between production and learning, which is composed of the national, local and industrial institutions. Through establishing intermediary organizations and selecting the evaluation index of "industry and school cooperation", we can supervise and ensure the effective implementation of industrial and academic cooperation.
