济宁市中等职业教育的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:职业教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分。在各类教育体系中,职业教育为我国的经济、社会的发展作出的贡献最为突出。职业教育培养了在第一线工作的生产者、建设者、服务者,也是提高他们素质的基本途径,是把科学技术转化为生产力的重要桥梁。中等职业教育是职业教育体系中的基本部分。大力发展中等职业教育,有利于促进教育体系的全面和谐发展,实现了全民化教育,保证教育的公平公正;有利于提高劳动力素质,拓宽就业渠道,把人口压力转化为人力资源优势,推动了经济建设和社会发展;有利于实施科教兴国战略,促进了就业和再就业,推动了先进生产力的发展,提高了劳动者的生活水平。改革开放以来,我国职业教育事业得到了充分的发展,各级各类职业学校教育取得了显著的成绩,为社会主义现代化建设培养了大量的高素质劳动者和实用人才。但在整个济宁市教育体系中,中等职业教育还处于一个相对弱势的地位,同时存在很多问题,因此,本文在搜集的济宁市中等职业教育相关资料的基础上,通过深入的调查研究,认清了当前济宁市中等职业教育所处的困境,归纳总结出济宁市中等职业教育的整体现状和存在的问题,并分析成因及提出对策建议,以期为济宁市中等职业教育的可持续发展提供理论参考,并为其他兄弟地区中等职业教育发展提供有利的借鉴。 本论文共分四章,在绪论部分提出了研究对象,并且论述了研究济宁市中等职业教育的目的与意义。第二部分将重点分析现阶段济宁市中等职业教育的现状,找出存在的主要问题:学校招生困难,面临生源危机;学校办学条件差,资金比较匮乏;师资队伍力量比较薄弱;专业设置不合理,办学思路与市场脱轨;毕业生就业质量差。同时梳理了制约济宁市中等职业教育发展的主要原因。第三部分分析比较了国内外发达国家及地区中等职业教育发展的先进经验及启示。在最后一部分,提出中等职业教育未来发展改革的基本对策,并探讨其可行性,主要对策包括以下几个方面:加强统筹领导,加大投入,增加宣传力度;加强招生工作,拓宽招生渠道;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师水平;加强教学改革,提高办学质量;创新办学模式,走合作办学之路;大力开展非学历职业技能培训。 论文的创新之处在于用大量的事实和数据说话,注重职教理论与实践相结合,详细地分析总结了济宁市职业教育发展状况,并探索了一些可行的政策措施和建议。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of education in our country. In all kinds of education system, vocational education is the economy of our country. The social development makes the most outstanding contribution. The vocational education has trained in the front line work producer, the constructor, the service person, also is the basic way to improve their quality. Secondary vocational education is a basic part of the vocational education system. Vigorously developing secondary vocational education is conducive to promoting the comprehensive and harmonious development of the education system. The education of all people is realized, and the fairness and justice of education are guaranteed. It is beneficial to improve the quality of labor force, widen the channels of employment, turn the pressure of population into the advantage of human resources, and promote economic construction and social development. It is beneficial to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, promoting employment and re-employment, promoting the development of advanced productive forces and improving the living standards of workers. Since the reform and opening up, the cause of vocational education in China has been fully developed. Significant achievements have been made in the education of vocational schools of all kinds at all levels, and a large number of high-quality workers and practical talents have been trained for the socialist modernization drive, but in the whole education system of Jining. Secondary vocational education is still in a relatively weak position, at the same time there are many problems, therefore, this article in the collection of secondary vocational education in Jining on the basis of relevant information, through in-depth investigation and research. This paper recognizes the predicament of the secondary vocational education in Jining City, sums up the overall situation and problems of the secondary vocational education in Jining City, and analyzes the causes and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of secondary vocational education in Jining, and to provide favorable reference for the development of secondary vocational education in other brother areas. This paper is divided into four chapters, in the introduction part proposed the object of study, and discussed the purpose and significance of the study of secondary vocational education in Jining. The second part will focus on the analysis of the current situation of secondary vocational education in Jining. To find out the main problems: school enrollment difficulties, facing the source of students crisis; The school running condition is poor, the fund is relatively scarce; The strength of teachers is relatively weak; The specialty setting is unreasonable, the train of thought of running a school is off track with the market; The third part analyzes and compares the advanced experience and enlightenment of the development of secondary vocational education in developed countries and regions at home and abroad. The last part. This paper puts forward the basic countermeasures for the development and reform of secondary vocational education in the future, and probes into its feasibility. The main countermeasures include the following aspects: strengthening overall planning and leadership, increasing investment and increasing propaganda; Strengthen the recruitment work and broaden the channels of enrollment; Strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the level of teachers; Strengthening the teaching reform and improving the quality of running a school; Innovating the mode of running a school and taking the road of cooperation in running a school; Vigorously carry out non-academic vocational skills training. The innovation of the thesis lies in the use of a large number of facts and data to speak, pay attention to the combination of vocational education theory and practice, and analyze and summarize the development of vocational education in Jining in detail. And explored some feasible policy measures and suggestions.
