中职旅游专业学生职业道德的实践培养研究

【摘要】:中等职业学校(简称中职校或中职)是培养初级技术人才的重要基地。为适应旅游业与日俱增的人才需求,中职旅游专业培养的学生除需具备扎实的专业知识,还必须有良好的职业道德素质。然而,中职旅游专业学生的职业道德培养并未得到某些教育部门和学校的应有重视,学生就业后表现出的道德水平难以适应社会和行业的需要。因而加强对中职旅游专业学生职业道德的培养,,夯实他们未来从业的职业道德基础就显得特别重要。 在对四川省旅游学校等数个开设旅游专业的中等职业学校教师、学生进行了问卷调查、访谈以及走访学校所在地的旅游企业后,笔者发现中职校的德育课程历经了三次改革,各学校逐渐开始重视职业道德教育,在职业道德教育方面取得了一定成绩:一是开始转变培养方式,融入了实践培养的环节,部分学校已开始采取课堂教育、校园实践、社会实践相相结合的培养方式;二是学生的道德素质有所提高,对职业道德有了更进一步的认识,树立了培养良好道德品质的决心,促进了行为习惯的改进。但是,当前中职校的职业道德教育还存在诸多不足,主要表现在所有中职校德育课程均使用同一版本教材,缺乏不同专业学生的针对性,职业道德的内容偏少;教育方式单一;评价体系不够科学完善;职业道德教育资源不够充分,师资力量薄弱。就中职旅游专业学生而言,一些中职校已开始采取以课堂实践、校园实践和社会实践相结合的方式,且已初见成效,但该专业学生职业道德的实践培养仍然存在明显缺陷,既缺乏全面系统的培养计划和有力的实施保障,也缺乏科学合理的指导,实践培养的条件也相当有限。鉴于此,本文第四部分着重探讨了中职旅游专业学生职业道德实践培养的路径,以更新职业道德教育观念,为实践培养提供理论支撑作为起点,通过完善职业道德实践培养师资队伍建设,构建完善的实践教学体系,同时建立有效的监督、评价体系,最终达成中职旅游专业学生职业道德的培养目标。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational school (abbreviated as secondary vocational school or secondary vocational school) is an important base for training junior technical talents. In order to meet the increasing demand of talents in tourism industry, the students of secondary vocational school tourism major need to have solid professional knowledge. It is also necessary to have good professional ethics quality. However, the vocational ethics training of secondary vocational school tourism students has not been given due attention by some educational departments and schools. The moral level of students after employment is difficult to meet the needs of society and industry, so strengthen the training of vocational school tourism students' professional ethics. It is particularly important to consolidate their professional ethics in the future. In Sichuan Province tourism schools and other secondary vocational school teachers, students conducted a questionnaire survey, interviews and visits to the school location of tourism enterprises. The author found that the moral education curriculum of secondary vocational schools has undergone three reforms, each school gradually began to attach importance to professional ethics education, in professional ethics education has made certain achievements: first, began to change the way of training. Some schools have begun to adopt the training method of combining classroom education, campus practice and social practice. Second, the students' moral quality has been improved, the professional ethics has been further understood, the determination to cultivate good moral quality has been established, and the behavior habits have been improved. At present, there are still many shortcomings in vocational ethics education in secondary vocational schools, which are mainly reflected in the fact that all moral education courses in secondary vocational schools use the same version of teaching materials, lacking the pertinence of students of different specialties, and the content of professional ethics is on the low side; The mode of education is single; The evaluation system is not scientific and perfect; Professional ethics education resources are not enough, teachers are weak. As for secondary vocational tourism students, some secondary vocational schools have begun to adopt the combination of classroom practice, campus practice and social practice. And has achieved initial results, but the practice of professional ethics training of the students still have obvious defects, not only lack of comprehensive and systematic training plan and effective implementation protection, but also lack of scientific and reasonable guidance. In view of this, the 4th part of this paper mainly discusses the path of vocational ethics practice cultivation of secondary vocational school tourism students, in order to update the concept of professional ethics education. To provide theoretical support for practical training as the starting point, through the improvement of professional ethics practice to train teachers, to build a sound practice teaching system, and to establish an effective supervision, evaluation system. Finally, to achieve the goal of vocational ethics training for students majoring in tourism.
