职业教育精准扶贫的理论基

【摘要】：精准扶贫是当前及未来一段时期我国重要的战略任务,职业教育在精准扶贫中扮演着重要的角色,开展职业教育精准扶贫对于提升贫困地区人力资本、摆脱代际贫困具有重要的现实意义。文章在分析职业教育精准扶贫相关理论的基础上,对其价值主线进行了深入探讨,实施职业教育精准扶贫,必须以增强贫困人口摆脱贫困的内生动力为根本,以阻断贫困代际传递为目标,以盘活贫困地区村域经济为手段,以提高贫困人口的就业质量为渠道。同时,为了寻求职业教育精准扶贫工作上的实践突破,应以招生制度改革为逻辑起点,实现"精准招生";为贫困家庭学生建档立卡,实现"精准资助";促进人才培养改革,实现"精准培养";加强实用技术培训,实现"精准培训";加强创新创业教育,实现扶贫"精准对路"。
[Abstract]:Precision poverty alleviation is an important strategic task in our country at present and in the future. Vocational education plays an important role in precision poverty alleviation. It is of great practical significance to get rid of intergenerational poverty. On the basis of analyzing the relevant theories of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education, this paper makes a deep discussion on its value main line, and implements the precision poverty alleviation in vocational education. At the same time, it is essential to strengthen the endogenous motivation of the poor to extricate themselves from poverty, to block the transmission of poverty between generations, to revitalize the rural economy in the poor areas, and to improve the quality of employment of the poor. At the same time, In order to find the practical breakthrough in the work of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education, we should take the reform of enrollment system as the logical starting point to realize the "precise enrollment", set up a grade card for students from poor families, realize "precision aid", and promote the reform of talent training. "Precision training" is realized, practical technical training is strengthened and "precision training" is realized, innovation and entrepreneurship education is strengthened, and poverty alleviation is "accurate and right".
