转向背后:对德日两国“工匠精神”的文化审视及借鉴

【摘要】：本文探讨了德国工匠精神的新教伦理起源和日本工匠精神与"职人"文化的关联。在分析借鉴两国经验的基础上,本文提出要形塑我国的工匠精神,首先要凝聚社会价值共识,重塑职业价值体系;其次要塑造工人职业共同体,形成稳定的工匠精神载体;再次要超越功利主义精神,净化社会浮躁之风。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the origin of Protestant ethics of German craftsman's spirit and the connection between Japanese craftsman's spirit and "professional person" culture. On the basis of analyzing the experiences of the two countries, this paper puts forward that in order to shape the craftsman spirit of our country, the consensus of social value should be condensed first. Second, it is necessary to shape the workers' professional community and form a stable carrier of craftsman's spirit; thirdly, to transcend the utilitarian spirit and purify the social impetuous wind.
