面向职场的高职课程体系构建

【摘要】：课程是人才培养的基本载体。课程体系建设关系高职教学改革的纵深度和人才培养的有效性。本文针对当前高职院校课程体系存在的问题,立足产业发展的中高端人才培养要求和学生全面发展要求,提出面向职场是高职课程体系改革的内在要求,要遵循面向职场的理念对课程结构和课程内容进行系统重构,培养学生个性发展和工作岗位需要相一致的职业能力。
[Abstract]:Curriculum is the basic carrier of talent training. The construction of curriculum system is related to the depth of higher vocational education reform and the effectiveness of talent training. Based on the requirements of mid-high-end talents training and all-round development of students in the industrial development, the author points out that facing to the workplace is the inherent requirement of the curriculum system reform in higher vocational education, and the curriculum structure and content should be systematically reconstructed in accordance with the concept of career-oriented. Develop students' professional abilities that are consistent with their job needs.
