互联网时代:基于校企合作的高职顶岗实习风险管理体系研究

【摘要】：本文采用自编的调查问卷对省内5所高职院校学生顶岗实习情况进行调查,分析了来自学校、用人单位、实习生等方面的顶岗实习风险,这些风险主要源自于学校、实习单位、实习生对顶岗实习风险管理存在的理解偏差、转化偏差、传递偏差和实施偏差。针对这些风险源,本文提出了基于校企合作的从管理对策、教育对策、技术对策等方面构建包括实习前、实习中、实习后的全过程高职学生顶岗实习风险管理体系。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a self-designed questionnaire is used to investigate the practice situation of the students in 5 higher vocational colleges in the province, and the author analyzes the risk of the internship from the school, the employing unit, the intern, and so on. These risks mainly come from the school, the internship unit, etc. The intern's understanding deviation, transformation deviation, transfer deviation and implementation deviation to the risk management of post internship. In view of these risk sources, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of management and education based on the cooperation of school and enterprise. The technical countermeasures include the risk management system of post-internship of vocational college students before, during and after practice.
