劳动力市场视角下职业技术教育课程开发探析

【摘要】：随着科技进步,产业结构升级,职业教育特别是职业技术教育在我国教育体系中处于十分重要的地位,其对培养当前劳动力市场所需的技术技能型人才,服务经济发展新需求,提高再就业率具有十分重要的意义。近年来,市场对技术过硬、能力过强的复合型、创新型的高技能人才需求迫切,而当前我国劳动力市场却面临着高技能人才短缺而普通高校毕业生难以充分就业等双重困境。为了缓解劳动力供求结构矛盾,在教育领域,由于课程是培养人才的主心骨,加快推进课程结构的调整,积极进行课程开发工作,推进课程结构由学问化向应用型转变,才是解决以上人才困境的关键之举。因此,本文尝试构建一套符合职业技术教育特质的课程开发流程理论框架,以期对课程开发实践工作提供理论指导。本文主要内容是以劳动力市场的视角为切入点,界定符合职业技术教育课程开发特质的理论基础,包括教育哲学理论、学习理论、社会学理论和经济学理论,在此四大理论基础指导下所要遵循的五大课程开发原则,即目标导向性、内容适应性、实施有效性、校企互动性,继而在以上两者共同指导下进行课程开发工作,主要包括以下七大步骤,适宜地进行职业调查、动态地分析岗位技能、精炼地拟定课程目标、预先地界定课程内容、有效地组织课程实施,高效地评价课程效果。结合以上考察成果,立足我国当前职业技术教育课程开发实际,探析出当前我国职业技术教育课程开发的主要环节,具体有以下四大步骤一是基于市场调查的课程设计、基于任务组织的课程编制、基于“做中学”的课程实施与“过程——结果”的课程评价。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the upgrading of industrial structure, vocational education, especially vocational and technical education, plays an important role in the education system of our country. Increasing the rate of re-employment is of great significance. In recent years, the market is in urgent need of highly skilled and innovative talents with strong skills and complex skills. At present, the labor market in our country is faced with double difficulties, such as the shortage of highly skilled talents and the difficulty for ordinary college graduates to obtain full employment. In order to alleviate the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of labor force, in the field of education, courses are the backbone of the cultivation of talents. To accelerate the adjustment of curriculum structure, to actively carry out curriculum development and to promote the transformation of curriculum structure from learning to application-oriented is the key to solve the plight of the above talents. This paper attempts to construct a theoretical framework of curriculum development process in accordance with the characteristics of vocational and technical education, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the practical work of curriculum development. Defining the theoretical basis of curriculum development in accordance with the characteristics of vocational and technical education, including educational philosophy theory, learning theory, sociological theory and economic theory, under the guidance of these four theoretical basis to follow the five curriculum development principles, That is, goal orientation, content adaptability, implementation effectiveness, interaction between schools and enterprises, and then under the guidance of the above two, curriculum development work, mainly including the following seven steps, appropriate career survey, dynamic analysis of job skills, The curriculum objectives are formulated in a refined way, the curriculum contents are defined in advance, the curriculum implementation is effectively organized, and the curriculum effect is evaluated efficiently. Combined with the above investigation results, based on the current curriculum development practice of vocational and technical education in China, This paper analyzes the main links of the curriculum development of vocational and technical education in China, including the following four steps: curriculum design based on market research, curriculum development based on task organization, Curriculum implementation and course evaluation based on "doing learning" and "process-result".
