【摘要】：项目管理作为现代管理学科中重要分支,在质量控制、进度控制、成本控制等方面明显优于传统的管理方法,成为学校项目建设管理的一个新视点。为培养一流的物流中高级人才提供最优的实训环境,苏州旅游与财经高职校投资建设了现代化的物流实训室,以满足市场对物流人才的需求。本文阐述了苏州旅游与财经高职校物流实训室建设项目的基本情况和建设地必要性,介绍了项目的特点和功能。本人结合所学知识及工作经验,针对物流实训室建设项目的特点,运用工程项目管理与控制的理论、方法和工具,对苏州旅游与财经高职校物流实训室建设实行了系统、全面地项目管理和控制实施,运用现代项目管理的理论和方法对项目实施过程中存在的问题进行解决和探索,使有限的建设资金在保证质量的前提下用最短的工期完成了物流实训室地建设。通过总结项目经验,希望本文的写作能够为高职校物流实训室建设项目实施管理与控制提供借鉴和参考,并为项目管理在教育领域的进一步发展做出相应的贡献。
[Abstract]:As an important branch of modern management discipline, project management is obviously superior to traditional management methods in quality control, schedule control and cost control, and has become a new viewpoint of school project construction management. In order to train the first-class logistics talents to provide the best training environment, Suzhou higher Vocational School of Tourism and Finance has invested in the construction of a modern logistics training room to meet the market demand for logistics personnel. This paper expounds the basic situation and necessity of the construction project of logistics training room in Suzhou higher Vocational School of Tourism and Finance, and introduces the characteristics and functions of the project. In view of the characteristics of the construction project of logistics training room, using the theory, method and tool of engineering project management and control, the construction of logistics training room of Suzhou higher vocational school of tourism and finance has been carried out systematically, and the project management and control has been carried out in an all-round way. Using the theory and method of modern project management to solve and explore the problems existing in the process of project implementation, Under the premise of ensuring the quality, the limited construction fund has completed the construction of the logistics training room with the shortest time limit. Through summing up the project experience, It is hoped that the writing of this paper can provide reference and reference for the implementation and control of logistics laboratory construction project in higher vocational schools and make corresponding contributions to the further development of project management in the field of education.
