关于进一步发挥职业教育在西部地区精准扶贫中作用的思考

【摘要】：扶贫先扶"智"。实施职业教育精准扶贫,就是要把智力扶贫和技能扶贫作为教育扶贫的出发点,把发展职业教育作为智力扶贫和技能扶贫的"直通车",实现"精准"发力。文章在分析西部地区职业教育发展存在的突出问题的基础上,指出了当前影响西部地区职业教育发展的主要因素,进而就促进职业教育发展、充分发挥职业教育在西部地区精准扶贫中的作用提出四点建议,包括加大对职业教育的宣传力度、加大职业教育经费投入、优化职业教育专业设置、多领域开展现代农民培训工程等,以期在促进职业教育发展的同时,充分发挥职业教育在精准扶贫工作中的优势和作用,促进精准扶贫目标的实现。
[Abstract]:To help "wisdom" before helping the poor, to carry out vocational education to help the poor with precision means that the starting point of poverty alleviation through education should be the poverty alleviation of intelligence and skills. The development of vocational education is regarded as the "through train" of helping the poor in intelligence and skills, and the power of "precision" is realized. Based on the analysis of the outstanding problems existing in the development of vocational education in the western region, This paper points out the main factors influencing the development of vocational education in the western region, and then puts forward four suggestions on promoting the development of vocational education and giving full play to the role of vocational education in the precision poverty alleviation in the western region. It includes increasing the propaganda of vocational education, increasing the investment of vocational education funds, optimizing the professional setting of vocational education, carrying out modern farmer training project in many fields, etc., in order to promote the development of vocational education at the same time, Give full play to the advantages and functions of vocational education in the work of precision poverty alleviation, and promote the realization of the goal of precision poverty alleviation.
