中等职业学校实训教师专业能力的研究

【摘要】:中职教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,其主要功能是培养符合社会主义建设需要的技能型人才。随着近年来中职教育的扩招,社会对中职毕业生的质量要求也在提高,创建一流的中等职业教育,必须依靠一流的师资队伍,尤其是具有丰富实践经验的实训教师。 目前,我国的中职实训教师在专业能力水平及培养上都存在一定的问题。本文列举国外中职教育发达的国家实训教师的现状及其管理经验,并通过对笔者所在地区几所有代表性的中职学校实训教师的问卷调查,对问卷结果进行分类、汇总、统计、计算、制表,得出有意义的数据,来了解国内实训教师基本情况及专业能力的现状,分析我国中等职业学校实训教师在专业能力培养方面存在的问题及其原因。结合工作实际总结并分析中等职业学校实训教师应具备的素质和能力、影响中职学校实训教师专业能力水平的因素,,在此基础上提出了提高我国中职实训教师专业能力的对策和建议。包括制定导向性政策、健全相关法律;严把实训教师的起点关、保证实训教师的在职进修、完善激励制度、设立符合实训教师工作特点的评审制度;多种方法并用提高中职学校实训教师的专业知识和专业技能;提高认识加强师德建设等。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in China, and its main function is to train skilled talents who meet the needs of socialist construction. With the expansion of secondary vocational education in recent years, the quality requirements of secondary vocational school graduates are also being raised. To establish the first-class secondary vocational education, we must rely on the first-class teachers, especially the practical teachers with rich practical experience. At present, there are some problems in the level of professional ability and training of practical teachers in our country. This paper enumerates the present situation and management experience of practical teachers in countries with developed secondary vocational education. And through the questionnaire survey of all representative secondary vocational school teachers in my area, the results of the questionnaire are classified, collected, counted, calculated, tabulated, and meaningful data are obtained. To understand the basic situation of domestic practical teachers and the current situation of their professional abilities, This paper analyzes the problems and causes of training teachers in secondary vocational schools in terms of their professional abilities, summarizes and analyzes the qualities and abilities of practical teachers in secondary vocational schools. On the basis of the factors affecting the professional ability of practical teachers in secondary vocational schools, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professional competence of practical teachers in China, including formulating guiding policies, perfecting relevant laws, strictly controlling the starting point of practical teachers, To ensure the on-the-job training of practical teachers, perfect the incentive system, set up the evaluation system that accords with the working characteristics of practical teachers; use various methods to improve the professional knowledge and professional skills of practical teachers in secondary vocational schools; enhance the understanding and strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics, etc.
