【摘要】：德国墨卡托中国研究中心(MERICS)于2015年10月发布了一份《中国职业教育观察报告》。报告分析了中国职业教育发展面临的挑战、问题及对策,并在此基础上对德国相关企业及教育机构如何紧跟中国职业教育改革发展步伐提出了建议。该报告认为中国职业教育与培训是中国经济转型发展的软肋,而中国职业教育发展不足的主要原因在于以企业为代表的社会力量参与度不够。尽管该报告基于的事实与数据不尽准确,却能在一定程度上代表国外对中国职业教育的了解与理解程度。分析解读该报告有助于我国职业教育更好地开展国际交流与合作,另外,该报告对我国职业教育相关问题的一些分析也值得关注与思考。
[Abstract]:MERICS, China Studies Center in Mercator, Germany, published a "China Vocational Education observation report" on October 2015. The report analyzes the challenges, problems and countermeasures faced by the development of vocational education in China. On this basis, some suggestions on how German enterprises and educational institutions should keep pace with the reform and development of China's vocational education are put forward. The report holds that China's vocational education and training is the weak point of China's economic transformation and development. The main reason for the underdevelopment of vocational education in China is the lack of participation of the social forces represented by enterprises, although the report is not based on accurate facts and data. But to a certain extent, it can represent the degree of understanding and understanding of China's vocational education abroad. The analysis and interpretation of the report will help China's vocational education to better carry out international exchanges and cooperation. In addition, The report is also worth paying attention to and thinking about the analysis of vocational education in China.
