高等职业院校文化建设研究与实践

【摘要】：高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，在高端技能型人才培养方面发挥着不可替代的作用，随着我国经济社会的快速发展，高等职业教育越来越受到社会的重视，特别是国家示范性（骨干）高等职业院校建设项目的启动，进一步促进了我国高等职业教育的发展。随着高等职业教育改革的不断深入，现代职业教育体系的建设，对高等职业院校文化建设的研究也逐渐深入。高等职业院校文化隶属与大学文化范畴，同时也具有自身的特色。是高等职业院校全体成员在多年职业教育改革与实践中不断积累、沉淀所形成的思想理念和行为方式，是学校物质和精神财富的总和。对高等职业院校文化建设进行深入研究，将全面了解不同教育类型的不同文化特点；有助于准确把握高等职业教育的本质特征、使命和责任，有助于进一步推进高等职业院校文化建设，推进我国高等职业教育健康、持续发展，有助于提升我国高等职业院校服务经济社会的能力。本文从大学文化的内涵、特征与功能开始研究，，通过大学文化与高等职业院校文化的比较，阐述了高等职业院校文化所具有的社会性、开放性和实用性属性；首次对我国高等职业院校文化建设的研究与实践过程进行了梳理，对文化建设中存在的功利性倾向、内部文化冲突、校企文化对接、文化实施的艰巨性等问题及产生问题的原因进行客观和主观两方面的分析。通过对我国目前高等职业院校文化建设研究成果的归纳分析，并结合作者所在学校在文化建设方面的实践与探索，提出了通过目标体系、内容体系、保障体系来构建学校的文化建设体系。并从办学理念定位、办学特色和文化建设路径选择等方面详细阐述了高等职业院校文化建设的实践与对策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education in China, higher vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in the training of high-end skilled personnel. With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, higher vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the society. Especially, the construction project of national demonstration (backbone) higher vocational colleges has further promoted the development of higher vocational education in China. With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education, the construction of modern vocational education system, The research on the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges has gradually deepened. At the same time, it has its own characteristics. It is the accumulation of ideas and behaviors formed by the members of higher vocational colleges in the reform and practice of vocational education for many years, and the sum of the material and spiritual wealth of the school. In order to understand the different cultural characteristics of different types of education, it will be helpful to grasp the essential characteristics, mission and responsibility of higher vocational education. It is helpful to further promote the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education in China, and to promote the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve the economy and society. This paper begins with the study of the connotation, characteristics and functions of university culture, through the comparison between university culture and higher vocational college culture, expounds the sociality, openness and practicability of higher vocational college culture. This paper, for the first time, combs the research and practice process of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges and universities in our country, analyzes the utilitarian tendency, the internal cultural conflict, and the docking of the school and enterprise culture in the cultural construction. The problems such as the difficulty of cultural implementation and the causes of the problems are analyzed objectively and subjectively. The research results of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges and universities in China are summarized and analyzed. Combining with the practice and exploration of the author's school in the cultural construction, the author puts forward the construction of the school's cultural construction system through the goal system, the content system and the guarantee system. This paper expounds in detail the practice and countermeasures of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the characteristics of running a school and the choice of the path of cultural construction.
