职业教育教师课程教学能力评价情况的分析——基于乌鲁木齐市4所中职学校学生的问卷调查

【摘要】：通过对乌鲁木齐市4所中职学校学生的问卷调查,清晰地了解到学生眼中的优秀中职教师应具有心平气和、真诚待人、平等待人;不使用威胁语言,并言而有信;应带头遵守学校的规章制度;激发学生学习兴趣,不使学习成为负担;对自己的错误勇于承认,并及时改正等教学行为;学生认为中职教师最欠缺的5个教学行为依次为:不能针对不同学生制定教学方案;不能记住每个学生的姓名;关注学生生活及品行不够;备课创新不足局限于教材;不能带领学生进入好的学习状态。通过分析得出,中职教师亟待解决的是师德、教学研究能力和课程教学评价能力的建设。
[Abstract]:Through the questionnaire survey on the students of 4 secondary vocational schools in Urumqi, it is clear that the excellent secondary vocational teachers in the eyes of the students should have a calm mind, treat others in good faith, treat others equally, do not use threatening language, and keep their words in good faith. We should take the lead to abide by the rules and regulations of the school; stimulate students' interest in learning so as not to make learning become a burden; The five teaching behaviors that students think teachers lack most are: unable to make teaching plan for different students, unable to remember the name of each student, not paying attention to students' life and conduct, insufficient innovation in preparing lessons, and limited to teaching materials; Through the analysis, it is concluded that the teachers in secondary vocational schools need to be solved urgently with the construction of teachers' ethics, teaching research ability and curriculum teaching evaluation ability.
