高职教师理想形象及其经营

【摘要】:高职教师理想形象在教书育人的过程中,尤其是在社会主义核心价值观教育方面,能够对广大高职学生产生长远的正面影响。为了促进我国高等职业教育的改革,提高技能型专门人才的整体素质,从高职教师理想形象的现状着手,对高职教师理想形象及其经营进行深入的探讨、研究和实践,是十分必要和极为迫切的。本文从高职教师理想形象的现状入手,通过调查访谈,从高职教师个人形象、高职教师职业形象和高职教师专业形象三个方面较为全面地论述高职教师理想形象的现状情况,分析其与高职教师理想形象相比存在的问题和不足之处。从主客观两方面,深刻剖析高职教师理想形象的现状问题的形成原因。针对解决高职教师理想形象的现实问题,笔者尝试进行有针对性的思考探讨和实践研究,提出高职教师理想形象经营的概念与具体的对策和措施,以期重塑高职教师理想形象。从高职教师个人形象的提升巩固方面来说,要强化高职教师的正向人格特质,要注意经营和增强师生互动关系;在高职教师职业形象的规范落实方面,要强化高职教师的敬业乐业意识,要及时更新高职教师的职业教育理念;在高职教师专业形象的成长发展方面,要坚持自我进取和组织协助齐头并进,要注重专业教学与职场需求的对接,要进一步完善“双师型”教师培养模式等等。对高职教师理想形象及其经营的研究,不仅对高职教师自身的发展和学生的健康成长具有重要的指导意义,对推动我国高等职业教育事业的健康持续发展也具有实际意义。笔者期待有更多的研究者对高职教师理想形象的更多角度和维度、更多深度和广度的研究开展起来,为中国特色的高等职业教育事业开创更美好的未来。
[Abstract]:The ideal image of higher vocational teachers in the process of teaching and educating people, especially in the education of socialist core values, can have a long-term positive impact on the majority of higher vocational students, in order to promote the reform of higher vocational education in China. To improve the overall quality of skilled professionals, from the present situation of the ideal image of higher vocational teachers, the ideal image of higher vocational teachers and its management are deeply discussed, studied and practiced. This article starts with the present situation of the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education, through investigation and interview, from the personal image of higher vocational teachers, The present situation of the ideal image of higher vocational teachers is discussed in three aspects: the professional image of higher vocational teachers and the professional image of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and the problems and shortcomings compared with the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational colleges are analyzed. In order to solve the practical problems of the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education, the author tries to carry out targeted thinking and practical research, and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the present situation of the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education. This paper puts forward the concept and concrete countermeasures and measures of the management of the ideal image of higher vocational teachers, in order to reshape the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational colleges. From the aspect of enhancing and consolidating the personal image of higher vocational teachers, it is necessary to strengthen the positive personality characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges. We should pay attention to management and strengthen the interactive relationship between teachers and students, strengthen teachers' sense of devotion to work and update vocational education concept in time in the aspect of implementing the professional image of higher vocational teachers. In the aspect of the growth and development of the professional image of teachers in higher vocational education, we should stick to self-improvement and organizational assistance and pay attention to the connection between professional teaching and professional needs. The research on the ideal image and management of teachers in higher vocational education is of great significance not only to the development of teachers themselves and the healthy growth of students, but also to the development of teachers in higher vocational education. It is also of practical significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education in China. The author hopes that more researchers will study the ideal image of teachers in higher vocational education from more angles and dimensions, more depth and breadth. To create a better future for higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
