高职院校发展转型期产学研结合的制度化途径

【摘要】：我国高职教育及高职院校的发展经历了初始发展、规模扩张和内涵发展三个阶段。目前发展转型迫在眉睫,而产学研结合是成功快速转型的必由之路。它可为高职院校质量建设找到切入点,为其内涵发展搭建可靠平台,为其落实服务宗旨实现转型目标提供有效路径。在产学研合作主体中,政府是引领者,高职院校是主导方,企事业单位、科研院所是前后驱动轮,中介机构是助推器。高职院校发展转型机制的构建,优势互补、互惠互利是理念前提,面向市场、实体运营是行为基础,保持开放、焕发活力是内在关键,完善产学研结合的规则协商、决策运行和仲裁评判制度体系是制度性保障。
[Abstract]:The development of higher vocational education and higher vocational colleges in China has experienced three stages: initial development, expansion of scale and development of connotation. The combination of production, education and research is the only way to make a successful and rapid transformation. It can find a starting point for the quality construction of higher vocational colleges, and build a reliable platform for its connotation development. The government is the leader, the higher vocational college is the leading party, the enterprises and institutions are the driving wheel, and the scientific research institute is the driving wheel. The intermediary organization is the booster. The construction of the mechanism of development and transformation in higher vocational colleges, the mutual benefit and mutual benefit are the premise of the concept, the market oriented, the entity operation is the basis of behavior, the key is to keep open and rejuvenate. Perfecting the system of rules consultation, decision-making and arbitration is the institutional guarantee.
