高校戏剧社团建设的实践与思考——以陕西工业职业技术学院大学生戏剧社为例

【摘要】：陕西工业职业技术学院大学生戏剧社近年来在省内外比赛中屡获殊荣,被授予"陕西省优秀学生社团"称号。文章对陕西工院大学生戏剧社十三年发展体会进行了总结,并从管理模式、干部培养、作品创作、教学排练、交流比赛、宣传展示平台搭建和校园戏剧文化氛围营造等方面进行了理性思考,提出了实践中的具体措施和办法,以期对其他高校推动大学生戏剧社团建设有所借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Academy of University Drama of Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College has been awarded the title of "excellent Student Association of Shaanxi Province".The article summarizes the experience of 13 years' development of the College students' Drama Society of Shaanxi Institute of Technology, and from the aspects of management mode, cadre training, creation of works, teaching and rehearsals, exchange and competition,This paper puts forward some concrete measures and methods in practice in order to provide some reference for other colleges and universities in promoting the construction of drama societies of college students.
