行业协会参与现代职业教育治理的合理性探析

【摘要】：现代社会的合理性意指价值合理性与工具合理性的统一。从主体合理性、目的合理性、形式合理性以及结果合理性等方面审视行业协会参与现代职业教育治理的行为或活动发现:行业协会是基于契约形成的经济社会组织,处于国家、市场与社会的边缘;行业协会参与治理的宗旨与使命是推进职业教育现代化;参与治理是行使社会权力的行为,目的是促成民主、公平与效率价值目标的达成。
[Abstract]:The rationality of the modern society means the unification of the rationality of value and the rationality of the tool . From the aspects of the rationality of the subject , the rationality of the aim , the rationality of the form and the rationality of the result , it is found that the trade association is the economic and social organization based on the contract , is in the edge of the state , the market and the society ; the purpose and the mission of the industry association to participate in the governance are to promote the modernization of the vocational education ; and the participation in the governance is the act of exercising the social power , and the aim is to achieve the goal of democracy , fairness and efficiency .
