职业院校学生顶岗实习成本分担与补偿机制实证研究——基于广东省中山市职业院校和企业的调查分析

【摘要】：顶岗实习是职业院校人才培养的关键环节,是确保毕业生质量的重要举措,是深化"校企合作"、"工学结合"人才培养模式改革,强化学生职业素质教育的重要途经。通过对学校、企业和学生三方面进行广泛而深入的调查研究,收集了大量的相关数据,分析了职业院校顶岗实习成本分担主体构成,指出了职业院校顶岗实习中存在的问题及补偿机制现状,提出了职业院校顶岗实习成本分担与补偿机制的研究对策。寻找问题发生的原因,有效解决实习成本及其分担与补偿问题,就能从根本上解决职业院校学生顶岗实习这一大难题,从而保障学生、企业和学校的权利与义务。
[Abstract]:Job placement practice is the key link of talents training in vocational colleges and universities, an important measure to ensure the quality of graduates, an important way to deepen the "cooperation between school and enterprise", "combination of work and study" and the reform of talent training mode, and to strengthen students' professional quality education.Through the extensive and in-depth investigation and research on the three aspects of school, enterprise and students, this paper collects a large number of relevant data, and analyzes the main body composition of the sharing of the cost of internship in vocational colleges and universities.This paper points out the existing problems and the present situation of compensation mechanism in the practice of job placement in vocational colleges, and puts forward the research countermeasures of the cost sharing and compensation mechanism of job placement practice in vocational colleges and universities.To find out the cause of the problem and to solve the problem of the cost of practice and its sharing and compensation can fundamentally solve the difficult problem of the placement of students in vocational colleges and universities, thus ensuring the rights and obligations of students, enterprises and schools.
