基于生鲜超市行业的高职院校校企合作策略研究

【摘要】：目前，我国高校普遍面临一个重要的问题，即如何培养适合市场需要的高层次实用型人才。针对此问题，，教育界进行了深入地探索，将理论教学结合社会现实实践，并从中不断地积累经验，以培养出高技能高素质的实用型人才，这种成功的教学模式就是本文所研究的校企合作人才培养模式。此教学模式在我国的高职高专阶段得到了积极的运用，并取得了一定的成绩，但是在其开展的实践过程中仍然存在一系列的问题。本文通过以具有区域性特点的生鲜超市为例探索如何构建高职院校校企合作的办学模式，对于我国校企合作建设的发展具有一定的理论支撑意义，以及很强的现实意义。本文主要采用文献分析法以及案例分析法，以了解国内外高校校企合作的现状。在对校企合作的发展有了比较清晰的了解之后，对比其各种模式，分析现行教育体制下高职院校校企合作的主要模式、规模以及存在的问题，并找出我国实践校企合作战略存在困难的根源。以生鲜超市行业的校企合作为例，了解我国高职院校校企合作的行业化现状。在此基础上，着重分析了我国生鲜超市行业的特殊性与开展校企合作办学体制的重要性，并结合我国高职院校校企合作办学体制的整体现状，探索基于生鲜超市的校企合作模式的构建途径。促进生鲜超市行业校企合作的策略，此部分是本文研究的重点，基于各方面的研究与讨论，提出具有现实意义的对策，对我国校企合作办学体制的发展具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, colleges and universities in China are generally faced with an important problem, that is, how to cultivate high level practical talents suitable for the market. In view of this problem, the educational circles have carried out deep exploration, combined theory teaching with social reality practice, and accumulated experience from it, so as to foster high skilled and high-quality practical talents, this success The teaching mode is the training mode of the school enterprise cooperative talents studied in this article. This teaching mode has been used actively in the higher vocational and technical stage of our country, and has made certain achievements. But there still exist a series of problems in the practice process of its development. How to build a school enterprise cooperation mode in higher vocational colleges has certain theoretical support significance and strong practical significance for the development of school enterprise cooperation in China.
This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis to understand the status of college enterprise cooperation at home and abroad. After a clear understanding of the development of school enterprise cooperation, the main models, scale and existing problems of the school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the current educational system are analyzed, and the reality of our country is found out. On the basis of the school enterprise cooperation of the fresh supermarket industry as an example, this paper analyzes the particularity of the fresh supermarket industry in our country and the importance of developing the school enterprise cooperation system, and combines the school enterprise cooperation with the higher vocational colleges in our country. The overall situation of the system is to explore the way to build the school enterprise cooperation model based on the fresh supermarket. The strategy of promoting the cooperation between school and enterprise in the fresh supermarket industry is the key point of this article. Based on the research and discussion in various aspects, it puts forward the practical countermeasures, which is of great significance to the development of the school enterprise cooperation system in our country.
