职业伦理视阈下高职学生的“三位一体”职业化素养培育

【摘要】：职业伦理在职业化素养培育中具有重要的作用。基于高素质技术技能型人才的核心素养分析,建立由课程体系、实践育人体系、人生发展体系组成的"三位一体"职业化素养培育路径,通过实施"双导师"育人机制、"订单式"培养机制和"导生制"合作机制等保障机制,使高职学生的职业化素养始终以职业人的标准加以培育。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics plays an important role in the cultivation of professional literacy. Based on the analysis of the core literacy of high quality technical and technical talents, this paper establishes a "trinity" professional literacy cultivation path, which is composed of curriculum system, practical education system and life development system. Through carrying out the "double tutors" education mechanism, the "order-type" training mechanism and the "guiding student system" cooperation mechanism, the vocational quality of higher vocational students will always be cultivated according to the standards of professional people.
