五年制高职学校师生关系现状和对策

【摘要】:本文根据当前社会师生关系新的发展趋势,以苏州某校为例,阐述五年制高职院校师生关系中存在的矛盾现状以及相应的对策。文章从公共课教师、专业教师以及班级管理者的角度出发,指出担任教学任务的教师与学生之间的现状问题:(1)公共课教师与学生缺少交流;(2)专职教师对学生的期望值过高;(3)学生对待任课教师出现两极分化现象。侧重指出班级管理者与学生之间的现状问题:(1)班主任工作缺乏主动性;(2)班主任缺乏双向交流;(3)学生角色定位错误。 由此,分析了任课教师与学生之间出现问题的主要原因:(1)公共课教师教学形式较为单一;(2)公共课教师授课缺乏激情;(3)专职教师教学方法不当;(4)专职教师教学形式缺乏新意;(5)人际交往素质不高;(6)学生对教师的期望理想化。也着重分析班级管理者与学生之间存在问题的原因:(1)社会功利性负面影响;(2)受家庭教育的影响;(3)班主任缺少用心的教育(4)学生迷恋网络,缺少主动沟通;(5)学生个性差异明显。 文章最后,针对师生关系存在的矛盾现状问题和产生原因的基础上,通过调查和文献的查阅,提出了作者自己的观点和如何改善关系的对策。
[Abstract]:According to the new development trend of the teacher-student relationship in the society at present, taking a certain school in Suzhou as an example, this paper expounds the present situation of the contradiction in the teacher-student relationship of the five-year higher vocational colleges and the corresponding countermeasures. From the perspective of public course teachers, professional teachers and class managers, It is pointed out that the current situation between teachers and students in teaching tasks is: 1) the lack of communication between teachers and students in public courses (2) the high expectations of full-time teachers towards students (3) the phenomenon of polarization in students' treatment of teachers. Emphasis is placed on pointing out the current situation between the class manager and the students: (1) the lack of initiative in the work of the head teacher; (2) the lack of two-way communication between the teacher in charge of the class; (3) the misorientation of the student's role. As a result, This paper analyzes on the main causes of the problems between teachers and students: 1) the teaching form of public teachers is relatively simple and 2) the lack of passion in teaching of public courses 3) the improper teaching methods of full-time teachers and the lack of new teaching forms for full-time teachers. (6) students' expectations of teachers are idealized. It also analyzes the reasons why there are problems between class managers and students: 1) negative influence of social utilitarianism. 2) lack of education by family education. (4) students infatuated with network and lack of active communication. 5) students' personality differences are obvious. Finally, on the basis of the current situation and causes of the contradiction between teachers and students, the author puts forward his own views and countermeasures to improve the relationship through investigation and literature review.
