美国生涯与技术师范教育改革创新:SVA项目及其启示

【摘要】：技术师范教育是职业教育师资队伍建设的重要基础。由于我国职业教育师资队伍的问题突出,因此,需要大力改革并发展技术师范教育。借鉴美国纽约州生涯与技术师范教育"学徒计划的成功项目"(SVA)的成功经验,反思我国技术师范教育的改革路径:一是要在技术师范教育的入口上加大增量以解决职业教育师资的数量困境;二是要在技术师范教育的过程中优化变革以解决职业教育师资的结构困境;三是要在技术师范教育的出口上严格把关以解决职业教育师资的质量困境。
[Abstract]:Technical normal education is an important foundation for the construction of teachers in vocational education. Due to the outstanding problems of teachers in vocational education in China, it is necessary to reform and develop technical teacher education. Drawing on the successful experience of the New York State career and Technical teacher Education, the successful Apprenticeship Program (Apprenticeship Program), To reflect on the reform path of technical normal education in China: first, to increase the increment in the entrance of technical normal education to solve the plight of the number of vocational education teachers; The second is to optimize the reform in the process of technical normal education in order to solve the structural dilemma of vocational education teachers, and the third is to strictly check the export of technical normal education to solve the quality dilemma of vocational education teachers.
