河南省高职院校旅游管理专业实践教学体系研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国旅游业的不断发展,旅游产业正式进入国家战略体系层面,这对我国旅游学术研究也提出了更高的要求。旅游产业的飞速发展需要大量具备一定理论知识而且实践能力强的旅游从业人员,目前河南省许多高职院校旅游专业实践教学还存在不足,导致学生缺乏旅游实践能力,不能适应旅游业的行业需求,不能快速适应社会,一定程度上影响了旅游专业学生的顺利就业,脱离了高职旅游教育的培养目标。实践教学在高职院校旅游教育中占据着重要地位,有利于优化高职旅游教学体系,有利于旅游理论与实践紧密结合,有利于创新型旅游人才的培养,对于培养学生专业技能、强化职业素养,最终提升学生就业能力、实现高职培养目标具有重要意义。本文以河南省高职院校旅游专业实践教学体系为主要研究内容,通过文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,以建构主义理论、多元化智能理论和情景学习理论为理论基础,研究河南省高职院校旅游专业实践教学的现状、存在问题及原因,分析高职院校旅游专业实践教学发展趋势,借鉴国内外旅游专业的实践教学模式,探索提出河南省高职旅游实践教学体系改革对策,如三明治模式和三内外模式等,并以省内多所高职院校旅游实践教学为例,进行实证探究。本文共分五个部分。第一部分为引言,主要阐述选题的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法以及国内外研究现状及评述；第二部分主要阐述高职院校旅游专业实践教学体系研究的理论基础；第三部分主要阐述河南省高职院校旅游专业实践教学的现状、存在问题及原因；第四部分是在第三部分的基础上,分析河南省高职旅游实践教学体系改革对策；第五部分是综合以上部分,结合问卷调查和访谈分析、建构主义等理论以及三明治模式、三内外模式等,围绕河南省高职院校旅游专业实践教体系的提升进行实证研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of tourism in China, the tourism industry has formally entered the level of the national strategic system, which has put forward higher requirements for the academic research of tourism in China. The rapid development of tourism industry needs a large number of tourism practitioners with certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability. At present, there are still some deficiencies in the practical teaching of tourism major in many vocational colleges in Henan Province, which leads to the lack of students' tourism practical ability. The inability to adapt to the demands of tourism industry and the society quickly affects the smooth employment of students majoring in tourism to a certain extent and breaks away from the training goal of tourism education in higher vocational education. Practical teaching plays an important role in tourism education in higher vocational colleges. It is helpful to optimize the teaching system of tourism in higher vocational colleges, to combine tourism theory with practice, to train innovative tourism talents, and to train students' professional skills. It is of great significance to strengthen professional accomplishment, to improve students' employment ability and to realize the goal of higher vocational training. This paper takes the practice teaching system of tourism major in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province as the main research content, through the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and interview, etc., to construct the theory of tourism specialty. Based on the theory of diversified intelligence and situational learning, this paper studies the present situation, existing problems and reasons of tourism practice teaching in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province, and analyzes the development trend of tourism practice teaching in higher vocational colleges. Referring to the practical teaching mode of tourism major at home and abroad, this paper explores and puts forward the reform countermeasures of tourism practice teaching system in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province, such as sandwich model and three internal and external modes, and takes tourism practice teaching in many higher vocational colleges in the province as an example. Carry on the empirical research. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborates the research background, the research significance, the research method, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the commentary, the second part mainly elaborates the theory foundation of the tourism specialty practice teaching system research in the higher vocational colleges; The third part mainly expounds the present situation, existing problems and reasons of tourism practice teaching in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province, the fourth part analyzes the reform countermeasures of tourism practice teaching system in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province on the basis of the third part. The fifth part is a synthesis of the above part, combined with questionnaire survey and interview analysis, constructivism and other theories, sandwich model, three internal and external models, around the promotion of Henan Province higher vocational colleges tourism professional practice teaching system for empirical research.
