翻转课堂背景下的高职教师专业素养提升探析

【摘要】：翻转课堂作为一种新的教学模式在形式上对传统课堂进行了逆转,通过对知识传授和知识内化的颠倒安排,重新规划了课堂时间的使用并对教师在课堂教学中的角色进行新的定位,实现了对传统教学模式的革新。翻转课堂的本土化实践不仅需要必要的技术资源条件,更需要改变角色定位后的教师提升自身专业素养,从而促进翻转课堂的有效实施。文章通过分析翻转课堂的内涵,明确翻转课堂对高职教师专业素养的要求,探讨翻转课堂背景下高职教师专业素养的提升策略,以期为现代教育生态环境下我国高职教师的专业素养发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a new teaching mode, the flipped classroom reverses the traditional classroom in form, through the reverse arrangement of knowledge imparting and knowledge internalization. The use of classroom time is reprogrammed and the role of teachers in classroom teaching is reoriented to realize the innovation of the traditional teaching mode. The localization of flipping classroom requires not only the necessary technical resources, but also the teachers who have changed their role orientation to improve their own professional quality, thus promoting the effective implementation of the flipping classroom. By analyzing the connotation of flipping classroom, this paper clarifies the requirements of flipping classroom to the professional quality of higher vocational teachers, and probes into the strategies of improving the professional literacy of higher vocational teachers under the background of flipping classroom. In order to provide reference for the development of professional accomplishment of higher vocational teachers in the ecological environment of modern education.
