上海高职高专院校自主招生改革研究

【摘要】：上海不仅是中国重要的经济中心,而且是高等教育率先进入普及化阶段的地区之一。1993年上海工业大学首先在本科层面实行自主招生改革,自此拉开了上海高校自主招生改革的帷幕。随着经济的飞速发展,社会对“应用型人才”“技能型人才”的需求也不断增加,在此背景下,2001年上海在部分有招生余额的高职高专院校中开展了自主招生改革探索。本文首先对上海整个自主招生改革的背景进行分析,再进一步分析上海高职高专院校自主招生改革的原因。其次,从颁布的相关政策文件层面对上海高职高专自主招生改革的内容进行分析,并选取上海建桥学院、上海杉达学院、上海第二工业大学和上海商学院这四所招生组长院校的具体改革方案进行对比,通过以上分析阐明上海高职高专院校具体的招生条件、考试科目、录取办法等改革内容和措施。再次,在分析上海高职高专院校自主招生改革效果之后,把上海高职高专院校自主招生改革与北京和广东两地的情况进行对比,归纳出上海高职高专院校自主招生改革的特色。最后,总结出上海高职高专院校在改革过程中存在的不足,并结合以上分析提出改善上海高职高专院校自主招生改革的建议。
[Abstract]:Shanghai is not only an important economic center in China, but also one of the regions where higher education has entered the stage of popularization. In 1993, Shanghai University of Technology first carried out independent enrollment reform at the undergraduate level. Since then opened the Shanghai university independent enrollment reform curtain. With the rapid development of economy, the social demand for "applied talents" and "skilled talents" is also increasing. Under this background, in 2001, Shanghai carried out an exploration of independent enrollment reform in some vocational colleges with enrollment balance. This paper first analyzes the background of the reform of Shanghai's independent enrollment, and then further analyzes the reasons for the reform of Shanghai's vocational colleges and universities. Secondly, from the aspect of the relevant policy documents issued, this paper analyzes the content of the independent enrollment reform of Shanghai higher vocational colleges, and selects Shanghai Jianqiao University, Shanghai Huanda College, By comparing the specific reform plans of the four leading colleges of Shanghai second Polytechnic University and Shanghai Business College, the paper expounds the reform contents and measures of the specific enrollment conditions, examination subjects and admission methods of Shanghai higher vocational and technical colleges through the above analysis. Thirdly, after analyzing the effect of independent enrollment reform in Shanghai higher vocational colleges, the author compares the independent enrollment reform of Shanghai higher vocational colleges with that of Beijing and Guangdong, and concludes the characteristics of independent enrollment reform in Shanghai higher vocational colleges. Finally, the paper summarizes the shortcomings in the reform process of Shanghai higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the reform of independent enrollment in Shanghai vocational colleges and universities combined with the above analysis.
