学术劳动力市场分割对于高校学术职业流动的影响

【摘要】:目前,我国学术劳动力市场并非一个一元化的市场,高等教育系统的多元化发展使得学术劳动力市场呈现出一种分割状态,教师通过市场的配置作用进入不同的分割市场中从事不同形式的学术活动,并获得不同的职业地位。与此同时,学术劳动力市场的发展状况对教师学术职业流动的影响作用日益凸显,因此,探讨学术劳动力市场对于高校教师学术职业流动的影响有助于深化对学术劳动力市场的认识,并为实现学术劳动力市场资源优化配置提供理论依据,从而保障学术职业的合理流动。 本研究对学术劳动力市场分割的形式、产生的原因进行分析有助于探寻学术劳动力市场与学术职业流动的相互影响作用。同时,有助于深化对学术劳动力市场的认识,并在学术劳动力市场分割下,为实现学术劳动力市场资源优化配置提供理论依据。 本文认为,学术劳动市场分割形式主要包括性别分割、学科分割、学历分割、职称分割以及学校类型分割。在高校教师学术职业流动过程中,来自高校组织内部的“近亲繁殖”障碍、晋升障碍、工资福利障碍、组织文化障碍以及地位差异障碍对教师学术职业流动产生障碍;与此同时,不对称合约、流动成本的增加和对地位获得的预期构成了教师流动壁垒。而导致教师学术职业流动产生障碍和壁垒的主要因素包括组织制度与政策、教师自身价值追求的不同、教师学术职业流动成本以及组织环境。在此基础上,本研究探讨了制度隔离、市场筛选与市场筛选过程中社会资本对教师学术职业流动的影响。 因此,确保学术劳动市场公共、平等,保持有序良性的发展是确保学术职业合理流动的根本,建立完善的价格机制和健全的竞争机制,促进制度的变迁,保障制度的和谐、调整博士生规模、质量结构是我国学术劳动力市场培育的实现途径。
[Abstract]:At present, the academic labor market in China is not a unified market. The diversified development of the higher education system makes the academic labor market present a state of segmentation. The teacher enters the different segments of the market through the allocation role of the market to engage in different forms of academic activity and obtain different occupational status. The influence of the development of the academic labor market on the academic professional flow of teachers is becoming more and more important. Therefore, it is helpful to deepen the understanding of the academic labor market and to provide a theoretical basis for the realization of the optimal allocation of the resources of the academic labor market. In this study, the analysis of the form of the segmentation of the academic labor market will help to explore the interaction between the academic labor market and the academic career flow. This paper holds that the division of the academic labor market mainly includes the gender division, the division of the subject, the division of education, the division of professional titles, and the division of school types. In the course of academic profession, the barriers of "inbreeding", promotion, wage and welfare, organizational cultural barriers and status differences are the obstacles in the course of academic profession. At the same time, there is an obstacle to the academic career flow of teachers; at the same time, the asymmetry contract, the increase of the flow cost and the expectation of the status of the teachers constitute the barrier to the flow of teachers. The main factors that lead to obstacles and barriers to the academic career flow of teachers include the organizational system and policy, the different pursuit of teachers' own value and the academic profession of teachers. On this basis, this study explores the influence of social capital on the academic career flow of teachers in the process of system isolation, market screening and market screening.
Therefore, to ensure the public, equal and orderly development of the academic labor market is the basis for ensuring the rational flow of the academic profession, the establishment of a perfect price mechanism and a sound competitive mechanism, the change of the system, the harmony of the system, the adjustment of the scale of doctoral students and the quality structure are the ways to realize the cultivation of the academic labor market in our country.
