基于超网络模型的互联网金融人才培养体系研究

【摘要】：互联网金融人才培养体系建设是由多主体参与、多要素构成而形成的复杂系统,超网络能够将各种不同要素集成在一起处理,为人才培养的复杂关系提供有效的形式化描述与分析方法。文章在对互联网金融人才特质提炼及供需情况分析的基础上,构建人才培养超网络模型,深入研究就业岗位、知识技能和课程设置网络及其关系;探讨超网络模型在互联网金融人才培养中的具体应用,并且从培养目标、培养规格、培养措施和培养途径四个方面设计互联网金融人才培养体系。
[Abstract]:The construction of Internet financial personnel training system is a complex system formed by the participation of multiple subjects and the formation of multiple elements, and the supernetwork can integrate various elements together to deal with them. It provides an effective formal description and analysis method for the complex relationship of talent training. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Internet financial talents and the analysis of supply and demand, this paper constructs a supernetwork model of talent training, and deeply studies the network of employment, knowledge and skills, curriculum setting and its relationship. This paper discusses the application of supernetwork model in the training of Internet financial talents, and designs the training system of Internet financial talents from four aspects: training goal, training specification, training measures and ways.
