高职院校毕业生就业诚信问题研究

【摘要】:就业是民生之本。高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,关系着整个国家人才结构的完善、职业教育的发展。目前,高职院校毕业生的就业问题,已经引起了国家有关部门和社会各界的广泛关注。高职院校毕业生的就业问题,不仅仅是就业率的问题,关键还在于就业诚信问题。诚信是立身之本,人无信则不立。当前高职院校毕业生的诚信状况令人担忧,他们在就业过程中的诚信缺失已成为不争的事实,这些都值得我们深思。 本文在借鉴前人的相关理论和研究成果的基础上,厘定了高职院校毕业生就业诚信的内涵及特征。将高职院校毕业生就业诚信定义为:高职院校毕业生在整个就业过程中(包括选择单位、制作简历、参加面试、签订协议以及到单位后可能的行为)所表现出来的诚信心理及可能的行为倾向。同时,针对湖南省一些高职院校毕业生的就业诚信问题作了相关调查,调查结果显示,高职院校毕业生就业诚信缺失的现状主要表现在求职前简历掺水、面试中自我拔高、面试成功后拒签、签约后随意毁约等四个方面。这种现状的形成,与转型时期整个社会的诚信缺失、社会各界对学历的认知偏差、高职院校诚信教育的缺失、家庭诚信教育的缺失、高职学生自我认知的偏差、高职学生就业过程中道德意识的淡薄等方面有着千丝万缕的联系,是上述因素相互作用的结果。 基于对高职院校毕业生就业诚信缺失现状及其原因的综合分析,着眼于提升高职院校毕业生的就业诚信水平,促进他们的长远发展,提出了相应的对策,认为:要从加强对全社会的诚信教育和完善社会诚信管理机制两个方面着手来构建诚信的社会环境,纠正对学历的认知偏差,通过校园诚信文化建设、对学生的诚信教育、就业咨询和辅导、校内诚信监管机制的建立来完善高职院校的诚信教育体系,从强化家长的示范作用到营造诚信、友爱、和谐的家庭氛围来构筑家庭诚信教育体系。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. As an important part of higher education in China, higher vocational education is related to the perfection of the national talent structure and the development of vocational education. At present, the employment problem of graduates in higher vocational colleges has aroused the widespread concern of the relevant departments of the country and all walks of life. The employment problem of graduates in higher vocational colleges is not only the employment rate, but also the employment honesty. Good faith is the foundation of the body. At present, the credit situation of graduates in higher vocational colleges is worrying, their lack of honesty in the process of employment has become an indisputable fact, these are worthy of our deep thinking. Based on the previous theories and research results, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of employment integrity of graduates in higher vocational colleges. The employment integrity of the graduates of higher vocational colleges is defined as: the graduates of higher vocational colleges in the whole process of employment (including the selection of units, production of resumes, interviews, The integrity psychology and possible behavior tendency of signing the agreement and possible behavior after arriving at the unit. At the same time, this paper makes a related investigation on the employment integrity of some higher vocational college graduates in Hunan Province. The results show that the present situation of the lack of employment integrity of the graduates of higher vocational colleges is mainly reflected in the incorporation of resume before the job search, and the self-improvement in the interview. After successful interview refused to sign, after signing at will to break the contract and other four aspects. The formation of this status quo is related to the lack of honesty and credit in the whole society during the transition period, the cognitive deviation of all walks of life towards academic qualifications, the lack of honesty education in higher vocational colleges, the absence of family honesty education, and the deviation of self-cognition of higher vocational students. The weak moral consciousness of higher vocational students in the process of employment is closely related to each other, which is the result of the interaction of the above factors. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and the causes of the lack of employment integrity of the graduates of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, aiming at improving the employment honesty level of the graduates of higher vocational colleges and promoting their long-term development. The author holds that the social environment of honesty should be constructed from two aspects: strengthening the honesty education to the whole society and perfecting the social credit management mechanism, correcting the cognitive deviation to the academic qualifications, and improving the honesty education of the students through the construction of the campus honesty culture. Employment consultation and guidance, the establishment of internal integrity supervision mechanism to improve the integrity of higher vocational education system, from strengthening the role of parents to build a good faith, friendly and harmonious family atmosphere to build a family integrity education system.
