新时期中职生创新创业素质提升研究

【摘要】:2015年6月国家出台了《国务院关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》,指出了创新创业对推动现代经济发展、科技进步和国家繁荣的作用,同时也鼓励和支持中职生创新创业。国家和各地区都出台了若干优惠政策,帮助中职生走好创新创业的第一步。中职生作为最具有创新创业能力的群体,也是建设创新性国家过程中最为积极和活跃的群体,他们的创新创业顺应时代发展的需要,满足了社会进步的要求。那么,中职生创新创业素质的培养就变得更加重要,可以帮助缓解就业压力,提升从业者素质和能力,为建设创新型国家等方面都有着积极而重要的作用。中职生作为国家人才的主体,必须加强创新创业素质的培养。因此探索以中职生创新创业为导向的创业素质教育,具有着重要的意义。基于这个现状,本文希望为完善中职生创新创业素质培养机制提供借鉴。在本文中,主要是围绕中职生创新创业的素质提升展开。阐述了中职生创新创业的积极动向,中职生创新创业的素质教育目标、形成与发展。要加强创业政策研究,强化创业激励。同时,了解到创新创业者自身角度所存在的问题,主要包括创新创业教育认识存在偏差,创新创业的意愿随着时间推移逐渐降低和创新创业能力不足三个方面。从中职院校创新创业素质教育的角度来看,存在着传统的教育模式,导致学生无法全方面发展,对创新创业教育理解不到位,创新创业教育专业师资力量薄弱和中职院校创新创业文化需要提升几个方面问题。从社会环境存在的角度来看,又存在创新创业素质教育氛围缺失,缺乏创新创业实践条件,对学生创新创业的支持力度不够,对创新创业教育的相关制度保障和资源支持不够完善等问题。经过问题梳理后,对于中职生创新创业人才素质培养模式构建提出了建议,主要是从提升创新创业者自身的综合素质,加大创新创业素质教育力度,营造良好的创新创业环境,提升社会配套体系对创新创业素质教育等几个方面。总而言之,构建中职生创新创业素质综合体系,这是市场对中职院校的要求,也是中职教育的时代使命。
[Abstract]:In June 2015, the State Council issued the State Council's opinions on several policies and measures to vigorously promote Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and pointed out the role of innovation and entrepreneurship in promoting modern economic development, scientific and technological progress and national prosperity. At the same time also encourage and support secondary vocational students innovative entrepreneurship. Countries and regions have introduced a number of preferential policies to help secondary vocational students to take the first step in innovative entrepreneurship. As the most innovative and entrepreneurial group, secondary vocational students are also the most active and active group in the process of building an innovative country. Their innovative entrepreneurship meets the needs of the development of the times and meets the requirements of social progress. Therefore, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial quality of secondary vocational school students has become more important, which can help ease the pressure of employment, improve the quality and ability of practitioners, and play an active and important role in building an innovative country. Secondary vocational students, as the main body of national talents, must strengthen the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial quality. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the quality education of entrepreneurship oriented by secondary vocational school students. Based on this present situation, this paper hopes to provide reference for improving the cultivation mechanism of secondary vocational school students' innovative entrepreneurial quality. In this paper, mainly around secondary vocational students innovative entrepreneurship quality promotion. This paper expounds the positive trend of innovation and entrepreneurship of secondary vocational school students, the quality education goal of innovation and entrepreneurship of secondary vocational school students, and its formation and development. We should strengthen research on entrepreneurship policies and strengthen entrepreneurial incentives. At the same time, we understand the existing problems of innovative entrepreneurs' own angle, including the deviation of the education of innovative entrepreneurship, the decrease of willingness to innovate and the lack of innovative entrepreneurial ability with the passage of time. From the point of view of innovative entrepreneurship quality education in secondary vocational colleges, there is a traditional education mode, which leads to the students unable to develop in all aspects, and the understanding of innovative entrepreneurship education is not in place. The teachers of innovative entrepreneurship education are weak and the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in secondary vocational colleges need to be improved. From the point of view of the existence of social environment, there is also a lack of atmosphere of quality education for innovation and entrepreneurship, lack of practical conditions for innovation and entrepreneurship, and insufficient support for students' innovation and entrepreneurship. The system guarantee and resource support of innovative entrepreneurship education are not perfect. After combing the problems, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the quality training mode of innovative entrepreneurial talents for secondary vocational school students, mainly from the aspects of improving the comprehensive quality of innovative entrepreneurs themselves, strengthening the quality education of innovative entrepreneurs, and creating a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Improve the social supporting system for innovative entrepreneurship quality education and other aspects. In a word, it is the requirement of the market and the mission of the secondary vocational education to construct the comprehensive system of innovative and entrepreneurial quality of secondary vocational school students.
