湖北高职教育发展两极分化问题及其对策

【摘要】：湖北省高等职业教育发展因区域差别、财政拨款以及地缘距离等因素造成生源录取、经费投入、政策影响的两极分化,这种分化必将形成新的教育不公平。通过严格控制各高职院校招生规模、实现高职生均拨款省级统筹、加强对发展弱势学校的政策支持、注重宣传舆论引导均衡发展等避免两极分化的应对策略,促进湖北高职又好又快的发展。
[Abstract]:The development of higher vocational education in Hubei Province due to regional differences, financial allocations and geographical distance causes the polarization of enrollment, investment and policy, which is bound to form a new education unfairness. Through strictly controlling the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges, realizing the provincial overall allocation of funds to higher vocational colleges, strengthening the policy support for the development of disadvantaged schools, and paying attention to propaganda and public opinion to guide balanced development and other countermeasures to avoid polarization. Promote Hubei higher vocational development is good and fast.
