教育服务视角下的高职“政产学研市”互动机制探讨

【摘要】：我国长期以来产学研合作的困境,不仅在成果的转化,更在于其运行的内在的体制和机制,高职教育要破解产教结合与校企合作的难题必须从制度创新着手,统合多方因素。基于教育服务理念和利益多赢的思想,从政产学研市"五位一体"的视角探讨了职教运行机制,以政府为主导、以行业企业为引导、以学校为主体、以研究为支撑、以市场调节为依托,将社会服务、经济发展、文化教育有机地融为一体。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the dilemma of our country's industry-study-research cooperation lies not only in the transformation of achievements, but also in the internal system and mechanism of its operation. If higher vocational education wants to solve the problem of the combination of industry and education and the cooperation of schools and enterprises, it must start from system innovation and integrate various factors. Based on the idea of educational service and the idea of multi-win benefit, this paper discusses the operating mechanism of vocational education from the perspective of "five in one" in politics, industry and enterprise, school as the main body, research as the support, and the government as the leading factor, the enterprise as the guide, the school as the main body and the research as the support. Relying on market regulation, social services, economic development, culture and education are organically integrated.
