数控专业中高职课程体系衔接的个案研究

【摘要】:中高职课程衔接是我国中等职业教育与高等职业教育衔接的重要环节之一,也是我国职业教育改革的重要内容之一,是现代职业教育体系建设理论研究和实践探索的关键环节。在课程上由中职向高职平稳过渡、实现无缝对接,是响应现代职业教育体系改革,培养社会发展需要的技能型人才,实现中高职有效衔接最有效途径。长期以来,我国的中等职业教育和高等职业教育在衔接方面存在诸多的问题,其中比较突出的问题是课程的设置和组织不合理,造成资源的严重浪费。不利于我国职业教育的健康发展,不能促进现代职业教育体系的建设和发展。建立中等和高等职业教育之间的有效连接是制约中国职业教育健康发展的关键因素。研究者从现代职业教育体系的角度出发,基于终身教育理念的理论、结构课程模式和系统理论,理论与实践相结合,运用软系统方法论为主要工具,结合文献计量法,调查法、比较法、和数理统计的方法,对中高职课程衔接的历史文献梳理以及对相关理论进行探讨,并对中高职课程衔接系统的特征与结构进行了分析;然后以中高职学校数控专业为例,进行了系统的较长时间的实证研究,对东莞理工学校和东莞职业技术学院中高职课程衔接问题现状进行归因分析,认为中高职衔接以制订统一的课程标准、统筹开发基于工作过程的模块化课程体系、完事学分制管理、推进职业资格认证体系建设是中高职课程衔接的关键。
[Abstract]:The middle and higher vocational education course connection is one of the important links between the secondary vocational education and the higher vocational education in our country. It is also one of the important contents of the vocational education reform in our country. It is the key link of the theoretical research and practical exploration of the construction of the modern vocational education system. The smooth transition from secondary vocational school to higher vocational education is the most effective way to meet the needs of the reform of modern vocational education system, cultivate the skilled talents needed by social development, and realize the effective connection of middle and higher vocational education. For a long time, there are many problems in the connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education in our country, among which the more prominent problem is the unreasonable curriculum design and organization, which results in serious waste of resources. It is not conducive to the healthy development of vocational education in China and can not promote the construction and development of modern vocational education system. Establishing an effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education is the key factor restricting the healthy development of vocational education in China. From the point of view of modern vocational education system, the researcher combines the theory of life-long education, structural curriculum model and system theory, theory and practice, using soft system methodology as the main tool, combining literature metrology, investigation method, etc. The comparative method and the mathematical statistics method, combing the historical documents of the middle and higher vocational courses and discussing the relevant theories, and analyzing the characteristics and structure of the middle and higher vocational courses linking system; Then taking the numerical control major of the secondary vocational school as an example, this paper makes a systematic and long-term empirical study, and analyzes the attribution of the current situation of the linking up of the higher vocational courses in Dongguan Polytechnic School and Dongguan Vocational and Technical College. It is considered that the key to the linking of middle and higher vocational education is to establish a unified curriculum standard, to develop the modularized curriculum system based on working process, to manage the credit system and to promote the construction of vocational qualification certification system.
