企业学习:技术技能人才职业能力开发路径

【摘要】：技术技能人才职业能力开发是一项长期而艰巨的任务,企业学习能够有效促进职业能力开发。基于企业学习促进职业能力开发的正向激励关系及其影响因素,建构技术技能人才职业能力开发的企业学习行为模型,包括探索性学习与挖掘性学习的协同模式、个体学习与组织学习的耦合形态、正式学习与非正式学习的融通制度,并提出技术技能人才职业能力开发的实现路径——"整合"与"分散"路径,即工学整合式学习与分散式学习。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational ability of technical talents is a long and arduous task, and enterprise learning can effectively promote the development of vocational ability. Based on the positive incentive relationship between enterprise learning and vocational ability development and its influencing factors, the enterprise learning behavior model, including the cooperative model of exploratory learning and mining learning, is constructed. The coupling form of individual learning and organizational learning, the fusion system of formal learning and informal learning, and the way to realize the development of the professional ability of technical skill talents-"integration" and "dispersion", are put forward. That is, integrated learning and decentralized learning.
