大连高职旅游管理专业职业生涯教育研究

【摘要】：旅游业作为服务行业的支柱，近年来呈现持续不断发展的势头，尽管受金融危机等外界因素的影响，但是丝毫没有阻碍我国旅游业的蓬勃发展。而大连市又是全国著名的旅游城市，对旅游业高度重视，因而大连市多数高校都相继开设了旅游管理专业。据数据显示:2005年旅游管理专业学生的就业率在95%以上，而2011年旅游管理专业学生的就业率在70%，下降幅度明显，而且在学生毕业后五年时间内，出现了高达60%的跳槽率和20%的转行率。尽管大连高职院校职业生涯教育虽已开展近十年，但效果却不太理想，旅游管理专业学生纷纷转行这个问题从本质上没有得到解决。基于上述情况，笔者在己有研究的基础上，，从心理学、社会学、教育学等多学科的角度，以职业生涯教育的理论为指导，运用问卷调查法、统计分析法、文献综述法等研究方法，对大连高职旅游管理专业的职业生涯教育进行了比较深入系统的探讨：首先通过职业生涯教育的背景、研究意义等内容展开谈论。第二章阐述职业生涯教育及其影响，包括职业生涯教育的产生发展、基本理论及它的影响和作用，为本文的研究奠定了理论基础。第三章实证研究，着重分析大连高职旅游管理专业职业生涯教育存在的各种问题。第四章设计对策，提出大连高职旅游管理专业职业生涯教育实施的原则、途径、方法与注意事项。笔者认为，基于大连高职旅游管理专业职业生涯教育的现状，设计如下对策：第一，对学生实施职业生涯教育应以差异性、理论联系实际、系统性、可行性、可调整性、前瞻性为原则；第二，职业生涯教育通过课程介入、专题辅导、课堂渗入、实践连接、自我反思为途径；第三，职业生涯教育应是一个循序渐进的过程，先让旅游管理专业学生深入认识旅游行业，然后让旅游管理专业学生充分了解自我，最后帮助旅游管理专业学生做出正确的职业生涯规划，辅助学生在此过程中快速成长起来；第四，大连高职旅游管理专业实施职业生涯教育时，应该注意寻求政府政策的保障与资金的支持，注意把职业生涯教育渗透于整个教育体系中，注意高度重视职业生涯教师，注意加强与企事业单位的合作这四个方面。
[Abstract]:As the pillar of service industry, tourism has been developing continuously in recent years. Although it is influenced by external factors such as the financial crisis, it has not hindered the vigorous development of tourism in China. Dalian is a famous tourist city all over the country, which attaches great importance to tourism, so most colleges and universities in Dalian have set up tourism management specialty one after another. According to the data, the employment rate of students majoring in tourism management was over 95% in 2005, while in 2011, the employment rate of students majoring in tourism management was 70, a significant decline, and within five years after graduation, There are as high as 60% of the job-hopping rate and 20% of the turnover rate. Although vocational career education in Dalian higher vocational college has been carried out for nearly ten years, the effect is not very satisfactory. The problem that the students of tourism management major have changed careers in succession has not been solved in essence. Based on the above situation, the author, on the basis of his own research, from the perspective of psychology, sociology, pedagogy, and so on, takes the theory of career education as the guide, applies the method of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis. This paper discusses the career education of tourism management major in Dalian higher vocational colleges by means of literature review and other research methods. First of all, through the background of career education, research significance and other content to discuss. The second chapter elaborates the career education and its influence, including the birth and development of the career education, the basic theory and its influence and function, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Chapter three focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the career education of tourism management major in Dalian higher vocational education. The fourth chapter designs the countermeasure, puts forward the principle, the way, the method and the matters needing attention of the professional career education of tourism management major in Dalian higher vocational education. The author believes that, based on the present situation of career education of tourism management major in Dalian, the following countermeasures are designed: first, the implementation of career education for students should be based on difference, theory combined with practice, systematization, feasibility, and adjustability. Secondly, career education should be a gradual process through curriculum intervention, special counseling, classroom infiltration, practical connection and self-reflection. First, let the tourism management students know the tourism industry deeply, then let the tourism management students fully understand themselves, finally help the tourism management students to make the correct career planning, and assist the students to grow up quickly in the process; Fourthly, when implementing career education in Dalian higher vocational tourism management major, we should seek the guarantee of government policy and the support of funds, pay attention to infiltrating career education into the whole education system, and attach great importance to career teachers. Attention should be paid to strengthening cooperation with enterprises and institutions in these four areas.
