中国特色职业训练院的创新模式与构建路径

【摘要】：职业教育是一项兼具理论学习与实践锻炼的技能教育活动,从某种程度上来说,职业教育更应侧重于实践训练。职业训练院具有丰富的内涵和职能,理论与实践相结合、职能与需求相结合、政府与市场相结合是职业训练院的突出特征。职业训练院是中国特色职业教育新的培养模式,它的构建和实施与中国经济社会新常态相适应、契合,体现现代职业教育的核心内涵,促进理论教学与生产实践紧密结合,促使学制教育与职业培训相融合。职业训练院要遵循职业教育的基本理念和规律,从制度政策、管理机制、组织结构和教学体系等方面着手构建职业训练院教育模式。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is a skill education activity with both theoretical and practical training. To some extent, vocational education should focus more on practical training. The vocational training institute has rich connotation and function, the combination of theory and practice, the combination of function and demand, and the combination of government and market are the outstanding characteristics of vocational training institute. Vocational training Institute is a new training mode of vocational education with Chinese characteristics. Its construction and implementation are compatible with the new normal state of Chinese economy and society, which embody the core connotation of modern vocational education and promote the close combination of theory teaching and production practice. To promote the integration of education and vocational training. The vocational training institute should follow the basic idea and law of vocational education and set up the educational model of vocational training institute from the aspects of system policy management mechanism organization structure and teaching system.
