高职院校思想政治工作中“五老”育人作用探讨

【摘要】：老干部、老战士、老专家、老教师、老模范是高职院校德育工作的宝贵资源,高职院校应充分发挥老同志的政治水平、阅历威望、工作资历、亲情年龄、专业学识等优势,使其成为高职院校学生的思想培育员、学风督导员、行为引导员、贫困帮扶员、心理辅导员、事业奠基员。
[Abstract]:Veteran cadres, veteran soldiers, old experts, old teachers and old models are valuable resources for moral education in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the advantages of veteran comrades in their political level, prestige, working qualifications, family age, professional knowledge, and so on. Make it become the ideological cultivator of higher vocational college students, study style supervisor, behavior guide, poor help, psychological counselor, career founder.
