澳大利亚职业教育与培训系统演变——基于政策的分析

【摘要】：自独立以来,澳大利亚职业教育与培训系统历经各州职业教育与培训系统独立发展、联邦政府干预职业教育与培训系统、职业教育与培训系统的结构化改革、推进体现新职业主义倾向的改革四个重要阶段。根据每个阶段的社会与经济发展水平,澳大利亚联邦政府与州、领地政府制定相应的职业教育与培训政策,使得澳大利亚职业教育与培训系统呈现出不同的阶段性特征。尽管澳大利亚职业教育与培训系统具有诸多优点,同时也面临若干严峻挑战,亟待推进相关改革。
[Abstract]:Since its independence, the Australian Vocational Education and training system has been developed independently by the state vocational education and training system, and the federal government has intervened in the vocational education and training system and the structural reform of the vocational education and training system. Promote the reform of the trend of new professionalism four important stages. According to the level of social and economic development in each stage, the Australian Federal Government, the State and the Territory Government formulate the corresponding vocational education and training policies, which make the Australian vocational education and training system show different stages. Although the Australian Vocational Education and training system has many advantages, but also faces some serious challenges, it is urgent to push forward the relevant reform.
