基于产业发展的景德镇陶瓷职业教育模式研究

【摘要】：景德镇是我国的千年瓷都,有着悠久的陶瓷制作历史,但陶瓷产业近代以来面临着诸多困境,发展陶瓷产业需要加强陶瓷职业教育。传统上的景德镇陶瓷技艺传承模式为师徒传承、家庭传承和行帮传承,当代的陶瓷职业教育则体现为美院式教育和灌输式教学。在激烈的国内外竞争下,景德镇陶瓷产业的发展需要改革职业教育模式,应该转变陶瓷职业教育的思想,提升教育质量;加强产学研相结合,注重实践教育;加强课程建设,促进应用型人才的培养;加强创意基地的建设,搭建人才发展平台;加强双师型师资队伍建设,提升职教人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:Jingdezhen is China's millennium porcelain capital, with a long history of ceramic production, but the ceramic industry since modern times is facing many difficulties, the development of ceramic industry needs to strengthen ceramic vocational education. The traditional inheritance mode of Jingdezhen ceramic technology is the inheritance of teachers and disciples, the inheritance of family and the inheritance of line and help, while the contemporary ceramic vocational education is embodied in aesthetic school education and infusion teaching. In the fierce competition at home and abroad, the development of Jingdezhen ceramic industry needs to reform the mode of vocational education, should change the idea of ceramic vocational education, improve the quality of education, strengthen the combination of production, teaching and research, pay attention to practical education, strengthen the curriculum construction, To promote the cultivation of applied talents, to strengthen the construction of creative base, to build a talent development platform, to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers, and to improve the quality of vocational education talents training.
