高职院校创业教育组织机构建设初探

【摘要】：近年来,高职院校创业教育发展迅速,师资力量不断增强,课程改革成效显著,创业实践基地建设初具规模,有效地培养了高职学生的创业基本素质。然而,多数高职院校创业教育组织机构不健全,成为影响创业教育进一步发展的重要瓶颈。建立一套包括创业教育领导小组、创业教育管理中心、创业教育监控中心在内的完整的组织机构,配备精通业务的人员,强化对创业教育工作的领导、组织、监控和考评,是创业教育本身不断发展、不断深化的内在需要。
[Abstract]:In recent years, entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has developed rapidly, teachers have been strengthened constantly, the curriculum reform has achieved remarkable results, and the construction of entrepreneurial practice base has taken shape, which has effectively cultivated the basic quality of higher vocational students' entrepreneurship. However, the organization of entrepreneurship education in most higher vocational colleges is not perfect, which has become an important bottleneck affecting the further development of entrepreneurship education. To establish a complete set of organizational bodies, including the leading Group on Entrepreneurship Education, the Management Center of Entrepreneurship Education and the Monitoring Center for Entrepreneurship Education, with personnel who are proficient in business, and strengthen the leadership, organization, monitoring and evaluation of the work of entrepreneurship education, Entrepreneurship education itself is constantly developing and deepening the internal needs.
