示范性高职院校交通类专业内涵建设的研究

【摘要】：交通高等职业教育既是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，也是交通事业的重要组成部分，专业内涵建设是在一定的教育理论和教育思想指导下的教育本质的内在要求。探讨适应交通发展的专业内涵建设是提高教育教学质量和办学效益的现实课题。以往的许多学者对于当前高职院校专业内涵建设面临的问题、着力点、专业内涵建设等方面都提出了自己的见解。这些研究成果，为本研究的开展打下了很好的基础。但是这些研究大都具有一定的局限性。本研究在总结示范性高职院校交通类专业内涵建设基础上，通过对示范性高职院校交通类专业内涵建设的基本理论和必要性研究，针对专业内涵建设的要素和现状，提出从人才培养模式、专业课程设置、师资队伍培养、实习实训条件完善、社会服务能力提升和加强校企合作六个方面着手，，构成系统的专业内涵建设体系。通过示范性高职院校交通类专业内涵建设的研究与实践，各学院在办学实力、教学质量、管理水平、办学效益和辐射能力等方面有较大提高，特别是在创新人才培养模式、建设“双师”结构教师队伍、校内外生产性实训基地、提高社会服务能力和示范引领效应等方面取得明显进展。如若经过一段时期的改革实践，可以预计，交通行业高职教育将具有：学院办学更开放，工学结合更紧密，课程体系更完善，实训条件更健全，“双师”结构更合理，社会服务更出色，人才质量更可靠、校企合作更深、更广的特点。本研究注重理论与实践相结合，在理性思考的基础上，结合作者处于国家示范性高职院校的体会，以作者所在的高职学院——J学院交通类专业内涵建设作为实证研究，对同类示范性高职学院的专业内涵建设提供经验和借鉴；为交通行业的发展和教育教学改革不断深化，探索出一条立足交通、服务地方、特色兴校的办学之路，使交通行业高职院校成为办学实力雄厚、社会认可度高、具有很强辐射能力和鲜明行业特色的高职院校。
[Abstract]:Traffic higher vocational education is not only an important part of our country's higher education system, but also an important part of the transportation industry. The construction of professional connotation is the inherent requirement of the essence of education under the guidance of certain educational theory and educational thought. It is a realistic task to improve the quality of education and teaching and the efficiency of running a school to probe into the construction of specialty connotation adapting to the development of transportation. Many scholars in the past have put forward their own opinions on the problems facing the construction of specialty connotation in vocational colleges and universities, as well as on the construction of professional connotations. These results lay a good foundation for the development of this study. However, most of these studies have some limitations. On the basis of summarizing the connotation construction of traffic specialty in the demonstration vocational college, this paper studies the basic theory and necessity of the connotation construction of the traffic specialty in the demonstration vocational college, aiming at the elements and the present situation of the construction of the specialty connotation. This paper puts forward the following six aspects: talent training mode, professional course setting, teacher training, perfect practice and training condition, promotion of social service ability and strengthening cooperation between school and enterprise, which constitute the system of professional connotation construction. Through the research and practice of the connotation construction of traffic specialty in the demonstration higher vocational college, each college has greatly improved in the aspects of running strength, teaching quality, management level, school efficiency and radiation ability, especially in innovating the training mode of talents. Significant progress has been made in the construction of the "double division" structure of teachers, the productive training base in and out of school, the improvement of social service ability and the demonstration and leading effect. After a period of reform and practice, it can be expected that higher vocational education in the transportation industry will have a more open school, a closer combination of work and study, a more complete curriculum system, a more sound practical training condition, and a more reasonable structure of "double teachers". Better social service, more reliable quality of talents, deeper and broader cooperation between schools and enterprises. This study focuses on the combination of theory and practice, on the basis of rational thinking, combined with the author's experience in the national exemplary higher vocational colleges, taking the connotation construction of traffic major in J college as an empirical study. It provides experience and reference for the construction of professional connotation of similar exemplary higher vocational colleges, and explores a way of running a school based on traffic, serving places and developing schools with special features for the development of transportation industry and the deepening of education and teaching reform. It makes the higher vocational colleges of transportation industry become the higher vocational colleges with strong strength, high social recognition, strong radiation ability and distinctive industry characteristics.
