中职汽车运用与维修专业课程改革的思考

【摘要】：汽车行业的快速发展使得行业内对汽车维修人才的需求急速加大。为满足中职汽车运用与维修专业毕业生就业岗位的需要,对本专业课程的改革势在必行。本文通过对本地区汽车企业及广州市增城区职业技术学校汽车运用与维修专业毕业生就业岗位的调研、分析,阐述了以就业为导向并为社会培养胜任汽车行业工作岗位所需人才的一些思考。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of automobile industry makes the demand for automobile maintenance personnel increase rapidly. In order to meet the needs of graduates majoring in automobile application and maintenance in vocational school, it is imperative to reform the course. Based on the investigation and investigation on the employment positions of the graduates of automobile application and maintenance major in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City, this paper analyzes the employment positions of the graduates of this area's automobile enterprises and vocational and technical schools in Guangzhou. This paper expounds some thoughts on taking employment as the direction and cultivating qualified personnel for the automobile industry.
