技能型人才职业素养的时代内涵、价值与培育路径

【摘要】：技能型人才的工匠精神、创新精神等时代素养是社会发展新阶段的时代需求,是产业结构转型升级的客观需求,是人的全面发展的主观需求。技能型人才时代素养培育活动离不开主体、客体、环体和介体的共同参与,通过路径构建法则,形成主体认知路径、客体引导路径、环体熏陶路径、介体养成路径4重路径。
[Abstract]:The craftsman spirit and innovation spirit of skilled talents are the needs of the times in the new stage of social development, the objective demand of the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, and the subjective demand of the all-round development of human beings. The cultivation of literacy in the age of skilled talents can not be separated from the participation of subject, object, ring and medium. Through the rules of path construction, it forms the path of subject cognition, the path of object guidance, the path of influence of ring body, and the path of formation of medium.
