文化育人为引领的“三姓合一”特色高职文化实践探索——以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：高职院校的文化内涵决定了院校人才培养的质量,也决定了院校的发展定位和办学特色。辽宁林业职业技术学院坚持以文化育人为引领,创新构建了姓"林"、姓"职"又姓"高"的"三姓合一"特色高职文化,形成了育人无形的"大课程",促进了"全人"培养,具有鲜明特色,取得了显著成效。
[Abstract]:The cultural connotation of higher vocational colleges determines the quality of talents cultivation in colleges and universities, as well as the development orientation and characteristics of colleges and universities. The Liaoning Forestry Vocational and Technical College insists on taking cultural education as the guide, innovates and constructs the characteristic higher vocational culture of "Lin", "occupation" and "Gao", which forms the "big course" of educating people and promotes the cultivation of "whole person". It has distinct characteristics and has achieved remarkable results.
