高职院校现代服务业人才有效供给路径研究——基于供给经济学的视角

【摘要】：现代服务业是驱动经济和社会发展的新动力。高技能人才是推进现代服务业发展的关键力量。现代服务业高技能人才有效供给问题研究是产业转型升级背景下高等职业教育供给侧结构性改革研究中最重要的内容。但是,当前高职院校现代服务业人才有效供给明显不足,严重阻碍了服务经济发展效率。基于供给经济学的基本理论,从创新服务能力、信息化服务能力和个性化服务能力三个维度构建了高职院校现代服务业3I型人才服务能力模型,深入分析了当前高职院校现代服务业人才有效供给不足的表征,提出了高职院校现代服务业人才有效供给的路径选择。
[Abstract]:Modern service industry is driving economic and social development of the new power. High-skilled personnel are the key force to promote the development of modern service industry. The study on the effective supply of highly skilled talents in modern service industry is the most important content in the research of supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading. However, the effective supply of modern service talents in higher vocational colleges is obviously insufficient, which seriously hinders the development efficiency of service economy. Based on the basic theory of supply economics, this paper constructs the 3i model of service ability of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges from three dimensions: innovative service ability, information service ability and individualized service ability. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the insufficient supply of modern service talents in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the path choice of the effective supply of modern service talents in higher vocational colleges.
