校企合作的高等职业教育发展问题现状研究与对策

【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国高等职业技术教育得到了长足发展，在教育理念、办学模式、人才培养模式的研究与探索等方面都取得了巨大的成就。职业教育办学模式及人才培养模式的探索始终是影响职教发展的重要因素之一。从我国职业教育目前的发展来看，，高级技术人才的匮乏和初中级职业人才的短缺，高等职业院校毕业生就业后难以适应企业的实际需求，这些问题正在制约着我国经济的健康发展，严重影响了企业的发展和进步。校企合作的教育模式可以给予学生充分参与实践的平台,同时也可以为企业节约人力、物力成本。因此,加强对校企合作教育模式的研究具有重要意义，但我国教育体系中这一模式仍存在较多的问题。本文通过对山西省内几所高职院校校企合作教育模式的现状分析，提出建立适合我国国情的校企合作办学模式，以有效帮助学生在校学习理论知识的同时充分参与实践，尽快实现就业。本文主要包括以下五部分：第一部分，引言。主要阐述本文的选题依据，结合国内高职院校教育模式的发展及现状作为研究背景，总结了国内外相关研究成果。介绍了本论文研究的问题及研究方法。第二部分，相关理论及国内外研究现状。界定了高等职业教育的内涵以及校企合作的相关理论。第三部分，现阶段高职院校校企合作现状分析。根据对山西省几所高职院校的校企合作现状进行分析，指出高职院校与企业在合作层次、政策支持、合作质量、利益分配等方面存在的问题，提出及校企合作在我国职业教育发展过程中的缺失及形成这些问题的原因。第四部分，强化高等职业院校校企合作问题的对策。阐述了如何从政府政策、院校师资、职业教育集团组建三个方面，分别加强高等职业院校校企合作合理性，有效推进校企合作的良性发展。第五部分，结论。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the higher vocational and technical education in our country has made great progress, and has made great achievements in the educational concept, the mode of running a school, the research and exploration of the mode of talent training and so on. The exploration of the mode of running vocational education and the mode of cultivating talents is always one of the important factors affecting the development of vocational education. From the current development of vocational education in our country, the shortage of advanced technical talents and the shortage of junior and middle-level vocational talents makes it difficult for graduates of higher vocational colleges to adapt to the actual needs of enterprises after obtaining employment. These problems are restricting the healthy development of our economy and seriously affecting the development and progress of enterprises. The educational mode of cooperation between school and enterprise can give students the platform to participate in practice fully, and also save manpower and material cost for enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the mode of cooperative education between schools and enterprises, but there are still many problems in our educational system. Based on the analysis of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperative education model in several higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward a school-enterprise cooperative education model suitable for the national conditions of our country, in order to effectively help students learn theoretical knowledge in school and participate fully in practice at the same time. Employment will be achieved as soon as possible. This paper mainly includes the following five parts: The first part, introduction. This paper mainly describes the basis of this topic, combined with the development and current situation of the domestic higher vocational education model as the research background, summarized the relevant research results at home and abroad. The problems and methods of this paper are introduced. The second part, the related theory and domestic and foreign research status. It defines the connotation of higher vocational education and the related theory of school-enterprise cooperation. The third part, the present stage higher vocational colleges school enterprise cooperation present situation analysis. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in several higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, the paper points out the problems existing in the level of cooperation, policy support, cooperation quality and benefit distribution between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. This paper puts forward the deficiency of school-enterprise cooperation in the development of vocational education in China and the causes of these problems. The fourth part, strengthens the higher vocational college school enterprise cooperation question countermeasure. This paper expounds how to strengthen the rationality of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: government policy, teachers in colleges and universities, and the establishment of vocational education groups, so as to effectively promote the benign development of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
